Pros: Makes it very easy to cut a cable and the cut is very sharp
Cons: not really if the size fits you but don't vut hard wires, this is for cables
Other: Very nice produst and the price is right.
I think it is usefull

Pros: Sturdy build Cuts nicely
Cons: None really at this price
Other: Good value cable cutter.

Pros: I use these every day in work, it will cut throuht 16mm2 cable easy. Made in Japan. Leaves a very clean cut on the cable. Grerat for striping insulation.
Cons: Insulation on handles moves during heavy use. This is no big deal.
Other: Buy five, there cheap, there made in Japan and its free shipping. No joke I have in total bought five after reciving the first one. This exact cutter is not that easy to find.

Pros: - Cutting cable is a breeze, less effort require that using pliers/sidecutters.
- Doesn't squish the end of coaxial cables, leaves a nice clean cut.
- Easy movement, not stiff to open or close.
Cons: The steel doesn't appear to be very hard.
After about 20 - 30 cuts of RG6 coax, I can see a small chunk taken out of either side from where its been hitting the center pin, which is only copper and shouldn't be too tough to cut through.
The cutting edge is rather thin at that point, but it should be tougher than that.
Nevertheless, it is still cutting well regardless.
Other: If you cut wires regularly for work, grab a pair. The price is reasonable, grab a pair even if you don't I guess.

Pros: None. There are no pros for this product, because it doesn`t do what it is supposed to. Keep reading.
Cons: Here we go! I got this cutter as a tool for my home bike repair shop. I meant it for cutting gear cables (steel, 1.2 mm) and gear cable housing (that contains a protective mesh of very thin steel cables). The first time I tried this cutter to cut a Shimano SIS-41 gear cable housing, the tool got dented, and not it won`t cut anything. So, I was only able to use it once. When I tried cutting gear cables in the thinner part of the tool, it also got dented.
Other: The bottomline is: DON`T BUY THIS. I ended up buying a Park Tool cable cutter, which goes through steel cables like a hot knife on butter. Get something better, pay a little more, but don`t get this.

Pros: Cuts well
Very good build quality (especially for the price)
Cuts through steel quite thick that I wouldn't have expected it to cut through.
Cons: None to be found, although I do se signs that it has been used on the blade, it works perfectly well for me still.
Other: My primary use for these was to cut the guitar strings at the neck when I strung my guitar but I've since found other uses. They have been invaluable for me in cutting all types of steel wire and would have saved me >$30 on a similar pair from bunnings or other such hardware store. I would buy another pair.

Pros: Very sharp. These make cutting wire feel like butter. The cutting edge is beveled curved.
Cons: because of the sharp bevel you need to be careful because if you cut something hard like a bike spoke you may end up crushing the blade. Its really meant for soft material like copper etc.
Other: Buy this wire cutter if you need to cut a lot of copper or aluminum wire.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: good yarn, and cut, ease of use, thick cut cables easily. good finish.
Cons: a little heavy. not return spring. must be handled with care.
Other: recommend for those who need a wire cutter and robust and with large cutting capacity, and who need to cut thick cables with ease. Despite being a little heavy and not suitable for stripping cables only, due to have a very precise cutting can occur cutting the internal threads of the cable, if applied too tightly in the grips. But cutting pliers is the best of its kind.

Pros: Cuts well Very good build quality (especially for the price) Cuts through steel quite thick that I wouldn't have expected it to cut through.
Cons: Nothing it does the job. We will see in time if it will be rusty all stop cutting well but until the it does the work you want
Other: In that price wont get any better. i think that price and that item you get a perfect cutting tool for your toolbox. if you are a home user is the best Buy it and try it . i will buy another one
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Cuts through copper wire like hot knife on butter. a little smaller than I expected but does the job for little wires especially if you have many wires to cut. It is very sharp. Stripping is a bit tricky but you could get used to doing it after sometime (although it's not supposed to be used as a stripper, there are special tools to do that).
Cons: DX could offer a bigger size also - no cons for this cutter.
Other: Get it without hesitation.
