Strawberry Desktop Growing Kit (Complete with Seeds)

Pros: Comes complete with pot, dirt, liquid, and seeds so you don't really need anything else except some water eventually...

Cons: Instructions are in Chinese only. There is a vial of green liquid that might be fertilizer but it's impossible to know as it's not labeled and the instructions are in Chinese.

Other: You can pick up similar kits at the Dollar store but they will cost more as they are sold separately.

Pros: Good for gift. Look nice. Comes with pot, soil, seeds and fertilizant.

Cons: Instructions in chinese. You could not know how to use the growing kit.

Other: Nice gift. Economic

Pros: Maybe it's a very good idea for a birthday because it's a kind of original gift and very ecological one. The quality of the soil is great and there is enough soil provided (so notice that the soil is provided too!) It's a good idea to provide fertilizant, I hope it will help strawberries to grow!

Cons: Of course, instructions in Chinese are impossible to understand for me but it's not hard to do without that!

Other: It's funny to have that on the desk. Almost every body in my office wants to try to have that. It's a very good useless thing :)

Pros: I try and do haikus for all of my reviews. So, here are the pros: Yay, I have a plant Now please make me some berries. I like to eat them. I am willing to wait this out. I am a big fan of berries. But, I bet this will take a while.

Cons: Hold on kids, it's the cons: The package busted Moldy soil is not cool I could not use it. This came alone from a big order. The package got squished and it opened. So, the soil was no good. The green stuf is fertilizer. Yeah, I didn't know that. Maybe DX could add that?

Other: The lady in your life will like these. Or, if you have no lady, your Mom. These are the litle things that will make her squeal. Yay!

Pros: Lovely idea, especially for a gift. You get a lot of seeds and a godd amount of soil and fertiliser.

Cons: The instructions were in Chinese
My plant never grew
(However I think this is because I over watered it, left it with too little light, then moved it outside [i live in ireland] where it rained everyday! - i think you need to take better care of it than i did!)

Other: Give it a go, its really cheap and a great eco friendly novelty!

-Convenient size for your desk or window.

-Exciting to watch it grow

-Takes forever to grow
-doesn't come with a drainage plate
-Growing climate is uncertain

Other: It's a fun project to do with kids, although success is not guaranteed.

Pros: Cheap, compact, user-friendly if you follwo the pictures, it works, has all you need did I mention it's cheap

Cons: No english instructions even though it's pretty straight forward. Pot is way too small you have to transplant it if you want strawberries

Other: I was able to make mine grow I got 2 of them one I transplanted and the other I left in the original pot. They both but the one I transplanted to a pot 4 times the pots it comes with actually gave me good size berries. Go easy on the fertilizer just dilude one or 2 drops in water or you can easily kill the plant

Pros: Just received it today! It comes with:
- plastic pot (7cm x 7cm)
- fertilizer (green color)
- seeds
- soil
- 2 sheets of Chinese instruction

Cons: Instructions are in Chinese!
