Strong Rolling Glass Cutter (For 10~20mm Glass)

Pros: Feels solid, yellow parts are from brass or something similar, fluid reservoir is from acrylic, has a very thick walls, feels very strong.
Does the job.

Pros: Hier hebben ze 2 soorten glassnijders. Neem niet de goedkoopste! Deze is stevig genoeg voor de hobby, de andere is rommel. Hij snijdt uitstekend en voor dit geld werkt hij top. Stevige houder met zware metalen kop. Het rolmesje rolt snetjes en gelijkmatig voor mooie snedes. Een proffessionele is zo duur dat je ervoor moet sparen.

Cons: Er zit een beetje speling in dus je moet netjes werken bij kleinere werkstukjes. Een proffesionele is zo duur dat hij niet interresant is voor hobby, dit is een alternatief.

Pros: I used this to cut a new mirror for my car when the old one simply fell of because the mirror foil separated from the glass. The mirror tile I cut from is 4 mm but i had no problems achieving a good cut with this, although it says " For 10-20mm glass" in the description. I used some thin oil in the reservoir, and this seemed to make it easier to get a smooth, even cut.

Cons: A bit rough in the construction, but it works.

Other: Buy it if you need a glass cutter.

Cons: - Took about four weeks to get it received.
- Plastic part looks like it can crack any time.
- Not exactly a professional product.
- I don't know if it is a con but the body is a little longer than usual.

Other: - If you are not really a professional product but does what it says.
- A little dangerous, because some people may use it for entering into houses.

Pros: The handle is quite big and does support the work.
The reservoir inside the handle is more than enough for many many consecutive cuts.
Price! :)

Cons: The cutting-ring isnt completely sealed: Contents if the reservoir slowly drip trough even if not using. Unsurprisingly, because that whould make it expensive to build...

Other: I made some nice vases out of wine-bottles this way and such cutters are a nice tool.

Pros: Great tool for cutting glass and mirrors (thin ones and thick)
Very easy to use once you get used to.

Cons: At firts (if you don't have any prior experience cutting glass) its a bit tricky and difficult to get a nice and clean cut.
But then, with a bit of practice and patience you'll get very good and "pro" results.

Other: Great product for the price. Where I live they cost at least twice.

Pros: The cutter works perfectly. The plastic see-through handle is large and comfortable enough to work with ease. I am cutting glass with thickness of about 4 - 10 mm, and for this they work ok.

Cons: The handle looks cheaply made, but in fact only looks and feels so. While using it I had absolutely no problems with it.

Other: Great cutter for the price range, no problems what-so-ever.

Pros: The quality of this product is ok.
It works as expected.
No problems with the oil container, no leakage after using and storing it for more than one month.

Cons: No cons so far. I have no complains. I have used it more than 50 times with 10mm glass with no problems. Some cuts failed but I am not an expert so I won't blame against the tool.

Other: Works as expected. It is a good product. Quality is ok. Price is ok. I would buy it again. So if you are looking for a tool to cut glass I would recomend this.

Pros: The price is good. The tool is good. It’s stronger than it looks. It’s quite robust. And it works on flat glass easy.

Cons: No cons really, the plastic looks fragile but is not. One just needs to get used to the grip

Other: This is a very good tool to have in your toolbox. With some practice and training the cutter will work perfectly. I would recommend this tool to anyone interested in cutting glass.
