Cons: Computer can't find the device, so the phone is just recharging. I have to use the usb-cable that came with the phone to access photos, music etc. on the phone.

Other: Should come with software or link to software, so that computer can recognize and access data on phone. Otherwise a great product.

Pros: Nice looks, good fit, good construction, anti-slip bottom, keeps the phone in a stable vertical position. Charging functionality works perfectly.

Cons: "Data" cable only charges battery, and is not a driver problem. Tried all sorts of drivers and connectivity modes and none worked.

Other: With Data functionality would be a 5 stars product, but like this it loses some stars. The description of the product should be changed (corrected) so buyers won't fell deceived.
