What is Bulk Rate? BulkRate is a semi-wholesale system with items priced separately from retail. When you use bulk rates, a flat $1.70 registered air mail fee will automatically be added to your cart to ensure delivery of package. While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. If you are looking for wholesale prices please feel free to contact us.

Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: It is tiny and once in your usb port it does not stick out. It is literally plug and play. If you do not know how to use it thee is loads of videos on the internet of similar products so no trouble there. I have had no trouble connecting my phone to transfer music and pictures.
Cons: No cons so far apart from the lack of instructions with it but that was not a big problem.
Other: This is a very handy item to have and can be left plugged in at the back of your pc until needed. For the price I highly recommend it!!
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: It's very small.
Cons: As tested on Ubuntu 12.10: As soon as a connection is made to a device on Linux the entire computer will freeze. So scanning for devices works, connecting with them... not so much. There have been reports of this happening on Windows 7 too, but I haven't tried on that. I thought the item became quite hot after being plugged in for a while, but this could be due to the faulty drivers.
Other: As long as this bug isn't fixed, don't buy it for Linux systems. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-bluetooth/+bug/930848
