Super Mini DVB-T USB 2.0 Digital TV Tuner Dongle (Europe)

Pros: Tunes well in good signal areas with the built-in antenna, changes channels very quickly for a DVB item. Good long antenna cable and extension USB lead. Works in Australia.

Cons: Included viewing software crashed when trying to watch TV on XP x64 (other software which worked fine using the bundled BDA driver.) No available linux drivers.

Other: A good cheap DVB tuner. Shame it doesn't work with Linux yet.

Pros: It's really small. Turns my EEE PC into a portable TV :-) The provided software works with WinXP 32bit. Vista Media Center recognizes it too and works fine with it.

Cons: Provided antenna is not strong enough for most channels. I assumed I would've had to use standard wall antenna anyway but the non-standard connector doesn't accept coaxial cable.

Worse still, I can't find any shop that sells an adapter to allow the use of standard coaxial cable.

Other: Should've checked more carefully first. Was not aware of the non-standard connector.

Pros: Small unit, slip easily into computer case, use when needed. Simple enough to install and run. Works best in area's with good signal strength, in France can pick-up most TNT networks.

Cons: The connection via USB is a little fragile and with the cable hanging on one end can become disconnected easily. Other than that it works, well enough.

Other: If your looking for something to watch a bit of telly without having to buy a TV set and all the charges that go with it then this is the way to go. At this price what have you got to loose?

Pros: Value for $$$. Sure a good buy if you do not demand high-end features. - Its cooler than the rest in market - The antenna is with a magnetic foot!

Cons: intermittently pause up my AMD system(0.5~1 sec), even utilization is only 3-5%. Tricky antenna placement.

Pros: Connect, install driver + application there: is nothing more to it, really. Application is working stable. Reception with default antenna is fair. For DVB-T it is possible you need a better antenna depending on where you live.

Cons: - No standard plug for antenna, I removed te plug to be able to connect with my rooftop antenna.
- I would like support from other programs for this adapter.

Other: Good value for your money! unless you want to use this for recording while not-at-home this is a no-brainer!

Pros: Handy to watch tv on your notebook or pc, I use for the room I rent. Does receive and decode the signaals good, don't have many problems watching tv. Included software is great and easy to use, it does have a record function. The antenne has a magneet. Maybe you can use it in your car, if you put the antenne on top. Didn't try it, but I think it would work. Searches the station itself and remember them. Second time you just 'zap'.

Cons: Usb dongle could have an universal antenne plug - not really necessary. Tv signals in europe aren't very strong everywhere, so better check if you have a sending antenne close by. For belgium there is a site for it. Battery of the remote was out of life after only 3 times. Remote isn't very good quality

Other: Buy it if you need a little bit of TV anywhere. It works great, but it also depends on the TV/radio signals in your town.
