Super Mini USB 2.0 TF Card Reader

Pros: Very small and easy to keep in pocket - easy to lose too :-). Very cheap price. Works quite well, with fast transfer speeds.

Cons: Not the best quality. The plastic is already showing some small cracks. I also bought another card reader from DX (SKU 25558) which is a touch bigger but seems to be higher quality.

Other: I love this. Not sure it will last too long since the plastic is already cracking, but all in all this is a worthwhile purchase.

Other: it is nice specially because the memory card that goes inside of it...and because it is dust proof...

Pros: That really appears to be a really small pen drive, everyone wants it!
I use that in car, to listen music, cause my pen drive is realy long, so i almost brake it beating!
I guess that appears to be durable, i don't think that will crack soon

Cons: Mine have a little glitch on it, you need to be wiggling the card to connect right, have poor contact!
Really heats a lot, i know that is small, so should happen, but i'm not sure if the memory will hold!

Pros: you can use it to boot any OS installed on it, which means it is properly recognized by BIOS'es as a mass storage device.
I have tried a 16GB micro SD and not only it worked, but was aslo able to write at 6MB/s!
Works plug'n'play, as it should. Tested on Linux.
It should be obvious by now, but I need to mention it is REALLY small. The only part you will see is about 8mm outside the USB port.

Cons: The slot for the micro SD card is too tight. You really need to push the card to fit it, and you'll worry not only about breaking the SD while fitting it, but also about how much will the card last sustaining that kind of pressure. So far it's been 3 weeks without any problems though.
Because of this lack of space, it severely scratches the surface of the micro SD card, and makes me worry if it won't eventually crack my SD.
Overall, the build quality is not great, but it is just enough.

Other: As other users said, this is unbelievable small. I use it as my every day key chain, and I don't even notice. It's great to have 16GB in your pocket, and have the additional possibility to read any other card you need!
Just in case you are still wondering, the micro SD slot is inside the USB plug. That means that the micro SD card would reside INSIDE of the USB port once pluged.
If you came across this product don't even stop to think about it. For this price, buy 2 or 3 without hesitating it. You will not regret it.

Pros: Really small and easy to use. Just insert the micro sd in the slot under the usb connector and plug it to your computer.
The transfer rate is ok, altough I use it with a class 4 card, so it's not that hard.
I use an 8gb micro sdhc, you could buy one of this or one of 16gb, and have a nice and small usb drive/pendrive

Cons: Due to its small size, it gets a bit too hot sometimes.
I think price could be better, the quality is ok, but not that good.
The card slot is very tigh, so it scratches the painting of the card (it does not harm the connectors, though).

Other: It's a very useful and cheap product, with a card of 8 or 16gb, you can have a nice and small usb drive.

Pros: - small size - usb2.0 speed - card won't fall out - plastic cap for usb plug - comes with a nice strap to use it as a keychain or whatever, so you won't lose it easily

Cons: the card might get a little scratched if forcefully inserted/removed, so be careful if this concerns you

Other: definitely buy if you want a really small microSD card reader i'm using mine as an external storage for my portable battery-powered router running openwrt ;) so far so good

Pros: Small size and pretty good quality. Tiny blue LED activity light. Reads up to 16GB. Comes in retail packaging.

Cons: I have bought 4. Of these. The 3 that worked, work great and never give me any trouble. One of them does not work and has never worked. When plugged it, the LED lights up, but it does not read the card and the computer does not even recognize that it's plugged in. It did not damage my card, it just down nothing except light up.

Other: Good stuff, mostly.

Pros: this is nice and small so its not going to get snapped off in your laptop, or whatever else your gonna plug it into. I think the use of TF cards which can be used, as is, in usb like this or in sd adapters is definately the way forward. this one states that it will take a maximum of 16Gb, but my 32Gb works fine with 31Gm of music for my mp3 car stereo thanks again to DX.

Cons: This one is important. the laynard is simply pushed tightly in to the hole by a machine, so I would advise pulling them all out again to avoid any further use. if you attach this to your keys using the laynard, i would bet that it will not be attached by the time you use your keys again tonight to get in to your house. apart from that, I see no cons, I like the tf card tightness, out of 5 so far, not one is unremovable.

Other: Yup, go for it, its so small that its not gonna break. Has a nice "mounted" light which flashes during data transfer, basically it does the job fine. maybe you should get a few more for future use. oh and if you do keep it on your keyring, superglue the laynard in place and use Trucrypt on your files.
