Super Strong Rare-Earth RE Magnets (20-Pack 12mm x 1mm)

Pros: They are VERY strong. Not a kids' toy for sure! Very useful to replace those crappy black strips that come with magnetic thingamajigs. (The magnets from dead hard drives work great too!)

Cons: The casing on these is VERY thin. About 1 in 8 came chipped already and as is always the case with these--(not the fault of DX, just the way it is) they are VERY brittle.

Other: Why haven't you bought them yet? BUY NOW!

Pros: Very strong, you cannot easily pull them apart, it is much easier to slide one off another. Can quite easily hold a alot of pages of paper to a fridge or other metal object. Join a couple together and they have the strength to hold up my bunch of keys.

Cons: Very easy to chip, one of mine came chipped and I have chipped another 2-3 from normal use.

Do not let them hit each other, I have broken two of my magnets doing this.

Other: Very strong magnets, especially for their small size. Buy 2 or 3 packs and you'll be set for quite a while.

Pros: tons of uses. I am using it to charge batteries.

Cons: coating is no even and of low quality. Also chipped easily. Oh and fragile.

Other: could DX provide rod magnet next?

Pros: Really powerful, expecially when used in couples or triplets. All friends play with them. Good uses with magnetic toys! Will find a lot of uses

Cons: Probably dangerous for credit cards/hard disks. Very dangerous if ingested by children or pets, watch out!

Cons: - Quite thin for their strength - letting them jump or flirt might make them break

Other: - Very good value for money, even if you don't have a real use for them (mine are currently being used as fridge magnets)
- Because they are somewhat prone to breaking, I suggest you use these manets in pairs
