Supermate DC6 2.5" LCD Multi-Function Battery Balance Charger

Pros: -Good quality charger. -Nice variety of adapters -Simple operation -Now you can see how much power your batteries realy put out with the discharge mode. -Good heatsinking the charger barely gets hot after I charged mij lead/acid car battery for hours with it.

Cons: -Comes without power supply -should come with lithium cel holder (for example 18650)

Other: You want a good charger for lead based batteries/lithiums and even Ni/NH etc. this is a nice product. But keep in mind you need to buy a separate power supply or you should use a old tft monitor power supply this is what I did.

Pros: The charger is sturdy and easy to use and operate. Charge all the type of battery as indicated.

Cons: The tech specs indicate that this charger can operate on dual power supply, but this particular model of Supermate DC6 does NOT.
IT OPERATE ONLY ON DC.

Other: home base user for this charger will need to get their own AC to DC power supply to use this charger else you will have a charger but not being able to use it out of the box since it does not have its own power adapter.
The other version of DC6 with build in dual power input, state that its internal AC to DC is able to provide up to 50W of power, when getting a external power supply to use this charger, a 12V 5A adapter would be best choice.

Pros: aluminium case, strong build. well cooled. good constant current source, good current measurement.

Cons: The voltage is 0.5 volt wrong. this is too much for lithium batteries. charging a lithium battery to 4.7 volts destroys the battery. For Pb battery 0,5 volt is not too important, but if you want to evaluate a battery, the readings are not correct. i did'nt use it for ni-mh or ni-cd

Other: pretty bad
