Surgical Steel Multi-Function Body Piercing Ring

Pros: Will fit most piercing (I just used it for ears), it doesn't need to be stretched
Looks gorgeous, the rhistones make it look more expensive.
Surgical steel makes it safe to use on fresh piercing/sensitive skin.
Wont really poke/stab you.
Decent price, although only for 1, not a pair.
The spikes on either end look bada$$!

Cons: The spikes on either end can fall off if you don't tighten enough, I just bought a couple extra, that way I have some replacement parts

Other: Sooo worth a buy

Pros: Pretty. Very different from others. Easy to put on. Diamonds are well attached to the ring. Aren't heavy. Don't fall off easily. No scrathmarks on the ring. Shiny.

Cons: Holes of the ring weren't drilled in the right way. Small chips were in the holes and it needed some sanding. Spikes had some scratch marks. Spikes are sharp. Spikes are quite long, so this don't fit in every purpose.

Other: Good for earrings. Needs little work before use, but it's easy to put on and don't fall off.

Pros: Beautiful and healthy jewelry after the piercing with sterile medical Earrings Set skin and mucous piercing. Good quality steel and ornaments. Do not change with time. Subject to surface sterilization. I have not watched local Allergic skin problems after their placement. Often soon after medical aesthetic jewelry set.

Cons: The only problem is that I can be autoclaved at 134 `C not only those images and those with set stones .... damaged by such sterilization. It can be used short ultra sonic sterilization. But if you have healthy epithelial channel you do not need sterilization.
