What is Bulk Rate? BulkRate is a semi-wholesale system with items priced separately from retail. When you use bulk rates, a flat $1.70 registered air mail fee will automatically be added to your cart to ensure delivery of package. While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. Pros: TANK007 seems making the products better than acceptable so far according to the flashlights I order from DX. The quality of this TK-360 Cree Q2-WC really surprises me. The one I got has 5 modes instead of 3 modes. Hopefully I don’t need to use SOS mode. I like the bottom’s design. It’s easy to press the switch button and very steady for candle mode.
Cons: None so far.
Other: It’s worth to keep one at least for fun especially the price on this product. Hopefully, Fenix won’t buy TANK007 out like Microsoft doing the business.

Pros: This is one of the better built small LED Cree lights. The barrel is a little beefier & the fit & finish seems better than most Cree LED lights that use one CR123A batteries that DX sells. Partial collar around the rear push button switch to prevent accidental switching on is a nice touch. I prefer the smooth reflector that this one has.
Cons: Can't really think of any
Other: Good light that's well made. Has a good light output. Not the brightest but a good physical size with maximum light for the LED type & battery.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: This is a great light. The build quality is exceptional at this price point, it is solid in the hand and the anodising seems pretty tough. The novel semi-recessed clicky means it will tailstand and it has useful hi/medium/low modes. The lanyard is a good size and I leave it on.
Cons: * There was a little grittiness in the threads. I assume this is left over from the lathing and I plan to clean and re-lube them and see if that fixes it.
* I can sort of see the point of the strobe mode, but does anyone really have a use for the SOS?
Other: If you are looking for a low-cost CR123A light for EDC this is the one.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Extremely bright. Very nearly the equal of my Surefire E1B. Good build quality. Nice clicky switch with a half-moon ring around it that will allow it to stand on it's tail; this is a great feature for camping and power outages.
Cons: All the material here says it's a 3 mode light, but it's not- it's a five mode light. And honestly that's 3 or 4 modes too many. A high and a low are both useful but the strobe, SOS, etc is just a waste of clicks.
It's also biased towards the blue more than I prefer. But at the price who cares.
Other: Bottom line is simple: This is a killer deal. Close to the power of the $140 Surefire E1B although not as white, and the spot isn't quite as clean. But is the SF 10x better? Probably not.
I really wish this really was a 3-mode as advertised. That's the main drawback. But unless this light craps out on me unexpectedly I have to say it's an insane, off-the-charts value for the money.
