TFT LCD Replacement Module for NDS Lite (Upper Screen)

Pros: great screens quality out of 7 I tested not one had any stuck or dead pixels.

Cons: ribbon could be stronger and have speakers

Other: great screens and very cheap

Pros: Good price and nice fit. Parts seem to be well made and the scratch resistant sticker for the shipment on the screen was a nice touch.

Cons: Didn't realize until it arrived that I will have to un-solder and then re-solder the speakers onto the ribbon!!! Don't forget this important detail before ordering.

Other: A good replacement for those who have the expertise to solder and work with the innards of the NDS. Don't forget about the speakers that you will have to re-solder onto your new screen!

Pros: This has to be the cheapest screen I found on the web, and it does work if you manage to get it fitted.

Cons: The build quality is quite poor, I brought two, on the first one, the front shell just came apart out of the box and had to cracked screens frame, Also once I finished and closed the lid, the ribbons fell off so had to disassemble and use the second screen I brought. Which thankfully stayed in one piece, but the screen is not as bright as original and also has two dead pixels.

Other: Maybe it's me but I got the feeling the current batch is not the same quality as the previous screens sold on DX.

Pros: GREAT ITEM WELL BUILT AND FITS GREAT.......

Pros: This is a very good Nintendo DS or DS Lite LCD Top Screen Replacement Repair Part.
It is an original DS top screen replacement which looks like it has been taken off of a DS.
Its good for replacing your old part to solve any problems.
Its very cheap.
The item is an easy part to fit, the installation takes about 10 minutes.
You don't need any special tools to fit the part, except for the trigram screw driver.

Cons: The only not-really con is that it looked used because it had finger prints on it.

Other: Very useful for DS LCD replacement.

Pros: When i plugged it in and turned it on i instantly noticed that the color quality was FAR SUPERIOR to that of the original screen.
i was replacing a screen that had MANY dead pixels after being dropped
was shipped in great packaging... foam, box, even a screen protector on the screen when it arrived!

Cons: When i received the screen i thought it was broken, it was just a cat hair???? or similar between the protective film and the screen

Other: If you know what your doing, this is a great price for a screen, the screen I got appears to be of somewhat better quality than the original.

Pros: Really good low priced screen that would solve most screen problems. Brightness is about the same, it really depends on what your original screen is, some original screens are a little dull in brightness.

Cons: Mine came with 3 dead pixels. Oh well, not too obvious unless it's on a white background.

Other: Get this only if you need to, for example a totally dead screen or a cracked/leaked screen.

Pros: This screen is brilliant, it may as well be an official nintendo replacement, and for all we know it may well be the very same component they use. it fitted in fine with no trouble and works perfectly the quality is great and it looks no different the the original bottom screen.

Cons: the soldering was unavoidable so that doesn't count. but when swapping over i noticed the origianal had a strip of copper going across the screen and soldered onto the ribbon. this seems as though it might be important perhaps as an earth wire or something, so to be sure i peeled off the ld one and attached it to the new. it would be good to have this included in these screens already to save the ballache

Other: perfect, other than the copper strip mentioned before, if that is an essential part then it should maybe be included but it's no trouble to swap over, if you can solder, and you can;t use this screen without being able to do that.

Pros: Very good value for money, the screen looks great and works perfect.

Cons: The image, in my case, is slightly different in hue from the bottom screen, but nothing to worry about.

Other: Probably this is the most tricky thing you will ever do to a Nintendo DS. Be very careful and very very patient.

Pros: Very good replacement, mine suffered no dead pixels, and the brightness was the same as the original. I could not tell the difference between mine and a friends NDSL. Much cheaper than other replacements

Cons: Only bad thing about it was the rear panel was all scratched. Usually this wouldn't be an issue but seeing as I've installed a clear blue crystal case with all the insides of the DS visible this was abit displeasing. However I was able to use the back panel of the screen from my old one and fit it on without too much drama.

Other: If you need one get it, it's great value for money. Other replacements costs alot more, some places charge double for what DX charge... keep up the good work deal extreme PeaCE!!
