The Complete Sea Monkey Growing Kit

Pros: If you want Sea Monkeys (brine scrimps), and you got a suitable container, this is a pretty good deal.

Cons: Instructions may be a bit hard to get. Sea crystals (salt) was maked as nutrients.

Other: Cool litle package of fun, for both small and big children. If you want to use it as live food for aquarium fish - buy the eggs somewhere else.:-)

Pros: - Cheap sea monkeys - They're cute - Attracted to a flashlight like a magnet.

Cons: - Build quality isn't so good (they died in one week).
- Instructions of using the sea monkeys are not clear (which can lead to quick death).
- Product dies too easily.

Other: Although it was sad to see them all dead so soon, I'm going to make some research and try again.

Pros: Fun to do with the kids.

Cons: Instructions are hard to figure out. For instance doesnt say how much water is needed.

Other: Excellent price.

Pros: Excellent price for a starter set of sea monkeys. Good for kids to teach them how to take care of pets and learn responsibility.

Cons: Instructions are near impossible to understand. Please use the instructions from the official sea monkey website.
It has no aerating tool. You will have to blow air with a straw or stir the water around every day.

Other: If you are not sure if you want your kids to raise a dog or a cat, make sure they can take care of these things first. And a really cheap investment on living creatures. :)

Pros: LOTS of eggs, enough salt mix for a liter, and the food will last a very long time. About the same life/death ratio as the name brand kits.

Cons: No idea what the oxygen beads are supposed to do. My sea monkeys just run into them and occasionally push the little beads around. Can't read the instructions.

Other: Very cheap! Cute little critters.

Pros: Its funny to try it with friends of family! I'll hope it works, and my sea monkeys wil stay allive!

Cons: - Bad bild quality, bags with food and salt are open.

- Bad instructions, can't read, en do'nt know how to, just trying...

- Bad packaging, it was folded.

If you have no idea, dont buy. You need better instructions.

Pros: really cheap, and comes with everything you ned to grow sea monkeys ( sea fairies) Lots of eggs allows you to keep trying if at first you don't succeed.

Cons: Quite a few cons:
The instructions are not clear. They don't tell you how much water to use. My 1st batch died possibly because there were too many sea monkeys in the amount of water i had. The second time i used my own sea salt but that really didn't work either. My packet's were labled incorrectly (but i figured out which was which)

Other: Cheap, but not great quality.

Pros: This is just what i was looking for a cheap alternative for seamonkeys. Easy to use and the result is great!

Cons: There is no mentioning of how many water you need, So i took my original seamonkey aquarium and used the same amount of water, it worked.

The bag with eggs could be better, mine was open and it's damned hard to get all in the water.

Other: If you like seamonkeys or you want to start with them, get this, it's great and you get more seadragons then you ever get with the overpriced seamonkeys

Pros: A very cheap alternative to the branded sea monkey's all the same they are still brine shrimp.

Cons: The box it came it wasn't to sturdy but still was good enough.
The intructions on the box weren't very clear thus making me kill my most of my sea monkey's.
The bag that had the eggs in them was already open when i received them.
Very hard to get all the eggs out of the bag.

Other: If you want to relive your childhood (like me) get some sea monkey's.

Pros: I bought this wanting a cheap alternative to sea monkies and I got it, its awesome and people say the instructions are hard to read but I found them pretty easy to read, they are clear but have a few typos but it is a really fun thing to buy :)

Cons: The box came squished, but this doesn't matter because the contents of the box isn't fragile, other people say that their contents was opened, mine wasn't.
The box is a bit big for the contents but that doesn't matter because the shipping is free :)

Other: Bottomline, this is a great product and I reccomend it to anyone looking to "grow"/"farm" sea monkies/fairies/dragons, I'm waiting 24 hours then I'm going to put the eggs in, I can't wait :)
