Pros: A lot of people don't know this but the MacBook and MacBook Pro's audio ports can be used as optical ports with a Mini-TOSLINK cable.
It worked flawlessly with my HDTV and MacBook Pro.

Pros: It works as expected in my timeline Acer notebook and the price of this cable makes it a really good deal.

Cons: The normal TOSLINK connector of this cable fits a bit loose on my A/V receiver, but it still works. You have just to be more careful when moving around the cable. Besides, I have a normal TOSLINK cable to connect my LCD TV and it fits perfectly on the receiver and it also seems to be much more robust. However, it cost about two times more than this cable.

Other: It works as it should, even with the small problem at the TOSLINK connector and I wouldn't find it easily and for this price here in Brazil.

Pros: Works perfectly with any kind of laptop that has dual headphones connector (stereo + mini-toslink), including macbooks as written above. I'm very satisfied with the audio quality that flaws through it.

Pros: Was getting some interference using a standard analogue audio cable. Running this cable from the mac mini to my receiver appears to fixed that plus, of course, provides better quality sound.

Cons: None that I can see. The cable length was decent, the build quality appears good....

Pros: Excellent build quality.
Caps to protect the cable when not in use.
The caps are fit tight, they won't fall off when transporting.
I don't know what else to with for, but I have to fill that 500 character requirement with this extra line :).

Other: If you want chique thin cables, get these. If you want something fat that can take a beating, get sku.21920 .

Pros: I connected my Apple Mac Mini to a Sony DA-STR2400 receiver through this cable and now I can get 2 channel digital PCM with 48 KHz. Also configured Dolby Digital and DTS passthrough without any problems. The build quality is really amazing for the item's incredible price.

Cons: None whatsoever. People sell the same quality cable with 20x the price.

Other: I am a regular visitor of DelaExtreme and have purchased other items before here. While some items are average or average-low quality, this item is really one of the best quality items on the site. You can buy this item without any hesitation.

Pros: This made my life so much easier! I was looking for a adapter here in Finland and they were ridicilously priced, in stead I bought whole new cable (this) with mini adapter on the other end, and this has worked like a charm. The cable isn't really thick, but it doesn't need to be. For this price a solid choice, buy one, you'll not regret it.

Cons: Nothing at all. Great cable.It is quite thin anyways, but as long as you don't twist it you should be alright.

Pros: Small and thin optical cable suitable for permanent connections (like from Desktop PC to Home Teather) as you don't need to put a toslink-mini toslink adapter between.

Cons: The cups should have a strap, once you take them off you will loose them. It looks a little bit fragile, that the reason that I think that it is good for a permanent connection. Also the plugs should have a better transition to the cable in order to reduce the efforts.

Other: The price is very low, so buy it and test it by yourself.
