But it is also very bright. After 5 minutes its getting warm, not hot. So it is possible to use it for a longer time in highest mode. In my opinion a good mixture between throw and flood. </span></p> <p class="cons"> <strong>Cons:</strong> <span>Isn´t it possible to get only one Trustfire without fingerprints on the lens? Only 5mode version available. No way to get rid of the blinking modes. A small dark dot in the middle of the beam. </span></p> <p class="other"> <strong>Other:</strong> <span>This torch is so big an heavy. I think it doesn´t matter if the head would be a little bigger. Probably the 5 LED´s would like it, if they would get a reflector which is a little larger. Nevertheless. You can use standard 18650 if you want... less running time, but same brightness... Bigger cells and more cells give you better runtime... Build quality is good, the flashlight feels and looks expensive. There are O-rings on the threads and there are also spare O-rings included. Also included is a belt pouch, which covers the lens and a plastic bag which could be useful for storage. It has memory mode.</span></p> <p class="cons"> <strong>Cons:</strong> <span>Flash modes are annoying, you need to click through them to get to full brightness from the low mode. Tried testing the light output but it overloaded my lux meter on high. Brighter than many car headlights. Memory mode is very useful and necessary. Belt holder seems light duty but it works well. Torch gets warm but not hot near head on high but still comfortable to use. If you have poor circulation this will be good for you to hold. 26650 & 18650 battery option.</span></p> <p class="cons"> <strong>Cons:</strong> <span>Have had this torch switch off in use after running 15 minutes. Recommend carrying spare batteries and a backup torch. Currently using 3 x 2400mAh 18650 batteries SKU: 20392. Quality - Out of the box is is very good, switch has a nice feel, no overheating. Ease of use - Memory mode is a must with this kind of torch and it works well.
