Trekking and Nordic Walking Pole

Pros: Extremely light. About a minute to figure out how to adjust the height, good cane for a person with MS like myself that needs a cane to walk.

Cons: Not degign so you can put all your weight on it.

Other: Excellent buy for the price, Feels good in the hand and extremely light weight.

Pros: I like the handle design and it held up for a few days in a hard trek I did in the Rwenzori mountains in Africa.
having a shock absorber on the pole is a nice plus.

Cons: the Pole is too short for most persons.
it's max of 115cm is 25 cm shorter then my 'standard' black diamond poles that reaches 140cm.
since the pole is supposed to be located at about the lower ribs height it means that only people under 165cm will benefit it.
my girl friend didn't like the pole as it was too short for her and she is 165cm.
this pole is nowhere close to the quality and durability of my 80$ per pair Black Diamond poles.

Other: I would not buy this product again.
fits only very short people.
