Trust 7.1-Surround USB 2.0 External Sound Card (31CM-Cable)

Pros: - Has really good Output due to good Processing chips. - For Home Musicians, this is Must Have device. - Has a very good compatibility with ASIO4ALL!! I loved this one very much! - Works really good with VOIP softwares too! Recommend you to buy it, if your Laptop lacks a good sound card or you want to make music with unplugged instruments!

Cons: Actually it does not have a 7.1 DSP processor. But even then it is A W E S O M E!! Ha ha ha.... (for Musicians like me) The chords should be much longer. (for XP users) They should give the Driver Software! (Vista & Windows 7 automatically update it)

Pros: No drivers to install.
Great feature of playing what is recording, if you aren't using speakers *ouch*.
Sound quality is great.
3.5mm jacks are attached to cables rather that directly to the card.
Seems sturdy at week one!

Cons: I have none! That is an achievement!

Other: Buy this if you want to record acoustic instruments! I bought it to record on Audacity, and it worked like a charm! The tracks I record come in clear as a bell!

Cons: obviously it's not 7.1, so the title is a bit misleading

Pros: very easy to use, simply plug-and-play and windows vista recognized it. Other good points: - good quality, seems to be durable - good sound quality, but I'm not with good phones to verify if the "hummming" that on-board cards have is also present in this usb-sound-card - the connectors are very good, without having loose connections from the headphone

Cons: The only bad-point in this product is that it's announced as "7.1 virtual", but the package says it's "5.1 virtual". And since it doesn't have any software with it, it doesn't provide any virtual 5.1 or 7.1 channels, your operating system that should do that.

Other: I recommend it to anyone who has the need of a usb-sound-card.
