What is Bulk Rate? BulkRate is a semi-wholesale system with items priced separately from retail. When you use bulk rates, a flat $1.70 registered air mail fee will automatically be added to your cart to ensure delivery of package. While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. If you are looking for wholesale prices please feel free to contact us.

Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Cheap, Work well, Protected
Cons: Don't think these work properly with item sku.936
Other: I charged these with a charger from DX. The charger is supposed to trickle charge and the light is supposed to change green. After 6 hours the charger didn't turn green so I checked the voltage of the batteries and they were sitting right at 4.2v. They weren't warm and didn't explode.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: + button-top cell !!! (no need for magnets or solder blobs everywhere ;) ) + relatively high capacity + protected + "cheap"
Cons: - slightly longer and wider than unprotected cells, as most protected cells. length: 68 mm, max. diameter 18.4 mm
Other: I am thinking of getting at least another pair ....
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Unbeatable price. I run them in my Deerelight and they last loooong time.
Cons: Can't find any.
Other: That's the price i paid for 1 x CR123 Energizer primaries in Canada.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Both arrived charged to 3.9v. After charging on a WF-139 (sku.1251) that usually stop at 4.2v, they were ready at 4.175v and 4.165v. A much better level than 4.3v on some protected cells on a faulty charger.
Cons: Nothing so far.
Other: A great protected 18650 cell with termination that really protect the cell.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Good quality. Well build. Last very long. Good protection. Stops exactly at 4.2 volt.
Cons: A bit thicker than the grey Ultrafire's protected batt.
Other: Best price and quality Li-ion 18650
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Good price for a LiIon cell with protection circuit. I accidentaly tried the short circuit protection by measuring current instead of voltage over the cell, so i know that works...
Cons: The protection circuit and wiring makes the cell slightly longer and wider than an actual 18650.
Other: Great cells, great price.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Wery best 18650 batteries for that price! Capacity is at least 2200mAh (have no equipment to quality test it) i got a 3,5h with 700mA constant on Seoul emitter using 19-mode driver board, until protection kicks in!
Cons: For high drain circuits as high power incan lights, choose unprotected or else protected bats, because of comparatively
low protection knee.
Other: If you need cheap good quality protected 18650 batts for led projets - buy theese!
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Excellent batteries for the price. I use them with the WF-400 Cree Q2 (sku 6937) and it's perfect.
Cons: none
Other: Very good batteries. No problem !
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: - Great for flashlights that can use 18650 cells. - It's better than using (2) CR123A's
Cons: Comes in a 2 pack which means I now need to buy another flashlight for the extra battery I now have! :-)
Other: How can you go wrong at this price?
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: These batteries have performed well for me so far, they work fine in the wf-500 xenon light which is rare for protected batteries. Another positive is the built in nipples on the positive end of the battery, no magnets needed.
Cons: none
Other: Good value
