That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. Pros: Great battery, great charge, lasts long.
Cons: Hard to know where + and - are.
Other: Great for DIY projects, very good charge. Good for the price.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: These batteries have worked well for over a month. Good capacity and power. Solid construction.
Cons: Flat positive termial won't make contact in double battery flashlights (will need a magnet spacer).
No short-circuit protection.
Other: These are very solid performing batteries.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: high capacity, perfect for those high-intensity LED flashlights, like the WF series and the Ultrafires.
Cons: none that i can think of
Other: a definite must have if you have 18650 only flashlights! i'm actually opting to buy the rechargeable ones just so i dont have to keep buying these great batteries!
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Nice capacity cheap cells, well made even if positive end is kind of flat but my light has a + end spring anyway, otherwise use a magnet spacer
Cons: none
Other: About half the price i would pay locally

Pros: So far, I'm getting very good runtime out of these. I'm using them in light sku# 1284 with charger sku# 1251.
Cons: None so far.
Other: Recommended.

Pros: Fine Battery with good capacity. Good deal on an unprotected cell.
Cons: No Protection circuit that I can see. Usually they are mounted on the bottom of the battery and there is a thin wire along the side to bring the positive voltage to the protection circuit, both of these are missing.
Other: The cell is fine, theres just no protection circuit with it...

Pros: Very cheap, economical to use batteries. Long life, do a great job powering my new C2 Q5 lights. Charges great on sku 6105, stops crisply at 4.2V.
Cons: Can't see anything wrong with this deal!
Other: Great battery if you have a spring positive light, or are able to mod for the same. If you don't have a spring, or don't want to deal with it, get sku 5790 for just a buck more.

Pros: Very cheap, long lasting cells. Recessed + nodes are great for me in my C2 Q5 which has been modified with a positive node spring. Great build quality, trouble free charging in sku 6105. Right to 4.2V then a clean stop. Just the right length for both my C2's.
Cons: None that I can think of. The recessed node is more of a choice of the buyer than a con.
Other: If your light takes 18650's, has a spring, raised + node, or you are handy, get these.

Pros: These seem to be nice high capacity Lion cells. Although it says they are protected, there seemed to be some debate as to whether this is actually the case. I couldn't see any PCB under the cap so I am assuming they are not. They are a great replacement if you're rebuilding a battery pack for a laptop.
Cons: They arrived with differing levels of voltage. Might be wise to charge them all separately before installing them into a battery pack.
Other: Good general purpose cells.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: - I bought a 2-cell pack for my Cree Q5 Aurora flashlight and works great, a long lasting runtime - Time for charging is acceptable - Nominal high capacity
Cons: - None I can find by now
Other: In my opinion (today): Good batteries for most devices (flashlights in my case). Low price and reliability. One of the best options if you need this type of batteries.
