What is Bulk Rate? BulkRate is a semi-wholesale system with items priced separately from retail. When you use bulk rates, a flat $1.70 registered air mail fee will automatically be added to your cart to ensure delivery of package. While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Very small and easy to use Works ok in apple macbook's with the Ralink(manufacturer) drivers Blue led indicates operation Very good customer service of DX
Cons: It becomes very hot. It's not a problem if you don't touch it and wait some minutes.
Other: Buy it without problems, works very well.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: It is a nice smal plugin WiFi adaptor, works okay (but not for me. see cons.)
Cons: MUST be plugged direct into the PC/Laptop. Can NOT be used with a USB extending cable. Not even 30cm.
Other: Not what i was looking for. Need to use it on the end of a 5 meter usb cable.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: if you need a quick solution to connect internet this is an ideal product to buy. when connected with a long usb cable to a pc or laptop you can play with it a little bit to get the best connection.
i live in the attic at my place and this was a very good solution for my.
you dont need to buy a big pci express wlan card this is just as good.
Cons: you may need a usb cable to get it in the optimal position if it is connected to the back of the pc because the metal box from the pc can disturb the connection.
Other: buy it!

Pros: -TINY! Perfect for already stressed laptop usb -Port. Matches the white MacBook. -Power indicator lights -Decent speed -Reliable -Uses Ralink chipset, great utility.
Cons: -Gets quite warm (may impact longevity) though mine has been running strong for months -Took a while to get it up and running on OSX 10.5.6, sometimes has a hard time learning new networks -Software cd is useless but not really needed.
Other: Good value, works well, highly recommend!
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Works fine on my Raspberry Pi computer Compact size Attractive design
Cons: Sometimes loses connection Needs to be close to WiFi source in order to function
Other: Good WLAN adapter for the price tag with a nice design.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Connect your computer or laptop to the wireless network. The extra bandwidth offered (150 and 300 mbit) are upgrades to your current laptop which supports 54G. The higher bandwidth also means that you can get the signal farther out and away from the wireless router or access point. Works flawlessly in Windows 8 and Windows 2012 which I tried. Does not even need drivers and recognizes it.
Cons: So small you could lose it !
Other: Bottom line is, at this price range, it would be silly not to get one. It costs less than the price of a sandwich and may be a life-saver when you need to access internet when your current 54mbit wireless internet card (built-in inside laptop) doesn't work.
