Ultra Mini Screen-Free 3.0 Mega Pixels CMOS Motion Detection Video Camera (Micro SD/TF Slot)

Pros: this thing is very small and light (14g) the video quality is very good compared to all the other mini cameras on this site can be used as sd card reader supports my lexar 8gb high speed micro sdhc card without any glitches photos are not bad like the camera that i got at Canadian Tire nice little gift box fits in any small space because of its size easy to use because of the multicolour leds it is built with good plastic (i dropped it on the floor at least twice)

Cons: needs a micro sd card because it doesn't have an internal memory cannot change the time stamp so its stuck with some year and time(for some reason the time stamp dissapeared when i put my new lexar memory card in it the disk that comes with it doesn't work so no webcam and time stamp will not be able to be changed

Other: price is unbeatable for such a small and good quality camera

Pros: * Really small - good keyring gadget. * Well packaged - it comes in metal box with 2 usb cables. * Works with SDHC. I tested only with Sandisk 4Gb and it works! * Can use timestamp on the video. Also you can disable that option.

Cons: * NOT REALLY 1280x960. It's just UPSCALED 640x480. * No One-Click recording. You need to wait until camera initialized then press button again. * Bad video quality and microphone sensitivity. * Redundant functions. I prefer that there will be only record video (may be with web-camera support) with one touch.

Other: When now price is below 25$ it's worth buying.

Pros: +The buildquality is GREAT! Its plastic but very sturdy. +It comes with a real retailbox out of metal, i could easily give this away as a present. +I use this for shoting video, and the quality is prettygood. +Great conversationstarter. 8/10 times when u use it like a real camera (holding it up in your face) someone will come to you and ask about it "wow is that really a camera?" +Small size and can be used for like spying. I use it to record pickups and other :) +It has a feature where it can be used for survilence, record when motion. Didnt use this motion +The audio is pretty good. +Good manual on the CD that comes with it

Cons: -Big cone, the viewfinder didnt work, it was only blurry. Anyway, just point it somewhat and you will propably get what u wanted. :) -The photoquality and the videoquality is the same. I only use it for video anyway, so not really a cone for me. -So small it should be very easy to lose it. But on the other hand, it survied a 5day festival :P -The usb seems to be 1.0, veeeery slow transfer to the computer. -Dosent work that good in low light since the small sensor and so on.

Other: You should not buy it if you think you will get super full HD. But its supersmall and costs only $18, so i dont think anyone expect that anyway. If i lose this one i would buy this one one more time :)

Pros: - High definition and detail with good lighting - Very good battery life - Very small - Once you understand the operation is very simple - Very stable, never breaks by itself registration - Save the video always when you turn off accidentally

Cons: - Can be used only with adequate light - Accessory to charge with an AA battery not working - You see only the red LED, has two LEDs (red and blue), but there is only one little hole to see them - LEDs can be seen only from the lens side (no sense)

Other: Very good for camera car, with some small modifications you can use the magnetic lens for mobile phone. If you disassemble it becomes really small and you can hide anywhere. I recommend buying.

Pros: It's really small and there is a hole for the keychain. It's really cool for hidden cameras or something like that.

Cons: The quality is not so bad for the size of the camera but it's not the best way for capturing panoramas. There is no english manual.

Other: Best value i have ever seen. And good made quality.

Pros: - For $ 14 is great. - You can fix easily, anywhere with velro or double-sided. - You can use lke a webcam (hd in v3.0). - You can modify and use for diy projects.

Cons: - Has no display but it is not necessary. - The first version was very bad in low light - In v3.0 can not remove the datestamp and not power externally while record

Other: The first version had a good definition in outdoor filming under sun, the V3.0 very very very good definition even in low light. Very bad that in v3.0 can not remove the date and ugly that you can not power when recorder, for the rest much better. Because of the low price recommend buying at least a couple

Pros: I noticed a hardware of just received camera is not the same, as of the model purchased one year before.The microphone is also changed and sound quality is a little bit worse now. Also looks like the current software makes it more stable now. I was very disappointed with the previous product which access (initialization), would be successful 1:1000, (in my case after while). No problem with a setting of date and time.

Cons: Pinnacle reads resolution a 720x480 pic of this mini DV.Processing in Pinnacle's program require a converting from default(MPEG?) format previously. My program for converting reads a declaration resolution. I did it to keep same size and quality in M2TS (1440x 1080).

Other: One way or another,for the price you paid, it gives you enough.

Pros: Tiny Decent video quality Lots of bits and parts in a nice metal tin cheap

Cons: Shoddy construction, camera shell was in two pieces before even coming out of the metal tin. This tells me it was broken when it was packaged as the tin was intact and not dented. I may be able to glue to two halves back together, haven't tried yet.

Other: I was perhaps unlucky to get broken camera but the guys who package this need to look a little closer before sealing the tin.

Pros: 1) Cheap 2) Good packet (good metal box) 3) Simple to use. You have to remember leds color and blinking to know what it is doing: filming, taking pictures or detecting movement to shot. 4) Sometimes it works better with a fish eye lens 180°

Cons: 1) Reasonable image quality. Just enough to to register information. Not to have a picture of your son. 2) Needs a micro SD card. No internal memory. 3) It doesn't adjust light quality. Unusable in a low light environment. 4) Difficult to attach to a helmet or bike. You need to adapt.

Other: Like a cheap and smaller go-pro camera

Pros: Image quality ok (equivalent to a common cellphone camera), once fixed to helmet I made good images from motorcycle in movement. Funny. Very small, people impressed. Nice package (tin box).

Cons: lacks ,if want to fix it somewhre one has to use glue or adhesive tape. Not very intuitive oparation, so the instructions manual is essencial but barely adequate - it's in engrish. Could not install as a webcam in my computer, other functions no problem.

Other: very good product, considering the price. Could have better use if har a hole of screw to be mounted in fixed position.
