What is Bulk Rate? BulkRate is a semi-wholesale system with items priced separately from retail. When you use bulk rates, a flat $1.70 registered air mail fee will automatically be added to your cart to ensure delivery of package. While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. If you are looking for wholesale prices please feel free to contact us.

Pros: best value 18650's i've seen build quality is good . long lasting performance .
Cons: not convinced on the 2400mah rating but would be closer to 2000mah. still higher than most
Other: hard to beat ,good run time for most torches
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: great battery for high output flashlights and other lights. alot cheaper than other 18650 cells and probably the same quality
Cons: is not 2400mah. i would say that it is around 2200mah but it is still worth the price. one of my batteries had a small lump near the bottom. i dont know if thats bad, but i assume it is
Other: not the full 2400mah rating but still good quality

Other: Another great bargain from DX!
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: They are cheap. Also the effective time of working is good. I'm satisfied and'll buy them again :).
Cons: Those are NOT Batteries but Rechargeable Cells ( see photos attached by me ). Inscriptions on the Cell are: "TR18650 2400mAh 3.7V" and "WARNING.The voltage of full charge and cut-off discharge is 4.2V and 2.75V. Don't heat, indicate or reverse polarity.".

Pros: Low-cost. They're 18650 cells. Other places sell these for over $10 each. Can also be used to re-cell laptop batteries. They last just as long as my name-brand cells. I use them in my Spyder II 300mW Green laser.
Cons: After fully charged, some read at 4.2V, which is still within tolerance. The DX stock number sticker can be hard to peel off.
Other: If you need some 18650 cells, buy these. Don't bother spending more money on them, as all cells decay over time. I'll buy more whenever I need them.
