Pros: These work fine and do their purpose. I've used them in my WF-501B R2 flashlight. They are the cheapest 18650 protected batteries with 2400mAh. They've held up fine, and last a while (I don't use my flashlight too much, and I charge the batteries much more than needed so, I don't know a runtime).
Cons: They're probably not REALLY 2400mAh. Also, since they're protected, they don't fit in ALL flashlights.
Other: I was skeptical about getting them since there were no reviews and it's labeled "GREY: on DX, but... they ended up being fine. If you were unsure about getting it, I hope this review shows you they DO work fine.

Pros: Got to be the cheapest 18650's on the market. Good rating (probably not the full 2400 mah but pretty dang close) Protected cells. Well built.
Cons: Not a single one- but since I need 500 words I will say that these fit pretty tight in my DSD charger- they are easy to get in but hard t remove.
Other: I prefer using these over 2 RCR123 as they are just a bit shorter and it is easier to get the tailcaps on my flashlights. No compliants

Pros: These are the cheapest 18650's you will find anywhere. You can't get them this cheap at a garage sale!
They are protected, and have no fear of these bursting into flames on the charger.
Charging on the UltraFire charger means there are no worries if you forget them on there for a little while.
They fit in my Fenix TK11 no problem, unlike some other protected brands on the market.
Cons: They do not offer a bulk pack of these is the only con I can think of.
They don't come in a fancy package?
I am trying to use 500 characters.
Other: If you want a terrific protected 18650 DO NOT look any further, because you are looking at them right now.
I dare you to find a cheaper price on teo of these ones anywhere.

Pros: Great batteries as I stated before.
Can't get them cheaper anywhere.
Fit in a lot of electronics even if other protected batteries do not.
Cons: Shipping is so back ordered.
Ordered a couple of more sets, and have not received them for over a month now.
Shipping is terrible on these right now for some unknown reason.
Other: Great product when you FINALLY do get them.
More than a month to wait is a bit ridiculous.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Protected for safety,
They are close to the true ratings of 2400mAh
The pcb does a great job.
They are the less costly 18650 i have seen and they work great in my flashlight.
Cons: Take a while to charge it fully.
500 characters limits.
Other: These fit nice my charger. no problems.
1$ less than the 2500 mAh blue battery.
100mAh is not much so get these.

Pros: The exact voltage: I've bought 4 batteries, 3 of them showed 4.23 volts, one showed 4.26
So I think it's a good precision.
The build quality is perfect! It looks not like on the image - the text and color scheme a bit different, but I've received a better than shown on general photo - the anod seems to be copper.
I really didn't expect such a quality for this low price.
Cons: None
Other: I bought it with P7-based torch... Full discharge at lowest brightness takes 3.5 hours. I've also tested it at maximum power (~12W), battery itself doesn't heat at all. Must buy.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Capacity rather normal, low price, but only under condition of full functionality. The test has shown the return
Cons: Been purchased batteries UltraFire Protected 18650 3.7V 2400mAh Lithium Batteries (2-Pack Grey) SKU 19624. These batteries are equipped with pay protection against deep discharge. I performed a test (for confidence in the future) of the two batteries. None of the batteries are not made unlocking the chain at position 2,7 V. I brought the voltage to 2.4, but the battery went to work. Circuit protection did not work. Voltage drop below 2,7 V is considered to be fatal to the battery. Declared "Protected" are not as!!!!!!Testing tank showed that the real capacity of 1950-2050 mA. Tests were run on 4 batteries
Other: I do not recommend
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: They are very cheap for this size of battery. They have a protection circuits. They are close to the rated 2400mAh (closer than most other batteries) They are lasting me well
Cons: They are grey. Grey is boring ;o)
Other: If you are using 18650 batteries, don't waste your money on ones three times the price because they say they are 3000mAh (they won't be), just buy twice as many of these.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: The tital of UltraFire Protected 18650 3.7V 2400mAh Lithium Batteries looks to be a very close match.
And they work with all my 18650 torches.
Cons: I dont trust any mAh rating from DX because they are always inflated.
Other: Sellecting the correct cells to go with different applications is a case of suck it and see.
For me this cell works as a low power requirement and not too demanding on the storage size.
Bottom not so great with the vacuum but todger is fantastic.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: - very cheap protected 18650's
- built in protection circuits that actually work
- high energy capacity (close to rated mAH rating)
- good energy retention over time
- tested runtimes with Ultrafire WF008 and with my Solarforce L2 R2 both set to high - more than 6 hours
- fits my P60 hosts
Cons: - long charging times (around 5 hours when fully discharged)
- positive pole is set a bit low and is not square with it's body
- plastic sleeve protrusions at the ends may cause poor contact
Other: I'm ordering more of these and am recommending them to friends.
