Ultrathin Credit Card Sized Digital LCD Kitchen Buzzer Timer with Magnetic Mount

Pros: Cheap. Works. I have 2 stacked, (I am a chef).
I am going to get 6 more and put Dry Erase tape on them, line them all up. Then I can write what each is for. An easy way to make dry erase tape is just use white paper and clear duct tape.

Cons: Cheaply built, if they are in the hot seat expect the back to peel a little. Not super loud (like a oldschool watch beep).

Other: Well usually in this life you get what yo upay for, but with DealExtreme you get a little more.

Pros: 1. it looks allright at your fridge

2. easy to operate

3. it remember the SET value after the beep.
e.g. you set one to 5 min. and start.
When you press STOP - it resets to 5 min.
Very convient.
Now i see, why that nice CHEF (see his review) is going to use SOME timers at once and put some writeable tape on them.

7. when i pulled out the isolation tape...
the screen bright was weak! I opened the battery bay and re-inserted the battery (1 x AG10, btw). Now it's ok

Pros: So very cheap! You can't go wrong!
very easy to use. Just put the battery in and set timer.
Does what it is suppose do with no trouble at all

Cons: Battery is a little difficult to install, and looks not very secure, but maybe it will prove me wrong

Other: i was i little sceptic about the includet battery, so I also bought a 10 pack of them. I guess it we have now enough batter power to let it last longer than me :D

Pros: Easy to use! Only three buttons. "Min" adds one minute to the timer. "sec" Adds seconds to the times. "Start/stop" Well I think you know this one. And reset the timer by pressing min+sec at the same time.
It's loud enough to be heard, but its not a siren either.
It comes with a battery. Just pull the little piece of plastic off that prevents the battery from self-discharging while not being used.
The build quality is great too!

Cons: It doesn't have an on/off button, and the screen is always on wasting the little battery. No other cons so far.

Other: I always used to forget my pizza or bakings in the oven. Not anymore : )
For this price you really have nothing to lose. Buy it : )

3.the LCD is clear
4.strong magnet
5.all operation steps are very easy
6.you can control the seconds, which is seems trivial but so good and important for kitchen use...

Cons: 1.the cover for the battery is quite shaky
but since it's on the back it doesn't really matter
2.the LCD always works, even when the timer is off (no OFF button) - hope it won't finish the battery fast
3.the ringing is loud, but it could have been louder

Other: great item, you won't regret it for sure, just hoping the battery is good enough

Pros: - This is a very slim item
- Great magnet (i have nerver had a problem with it falling off the fridge)
- Timer seems to be acurate

Cons: - No off button (stays on constently )
- Beeper could be loader, some times it is hard to hear.

Other: Its cheap and it works

Pros: It's small so it won't take up a lot of room.
It has a magnet on the back so you can keep it on your fridge or something.
It's cheaper than other timers.
It's so easy to use.
The quality seems pretty good. It's light, and I don't expect any problems with it.

Cons: I don't think it turns off. So I hope the battery doesn't die soon.
Also it didn't come with English instructions.
The "set" button is how you set the seconds.
The back battery compartment is really hard to open.

Other: It's cheap, easy to use, and totally worth the money.

Pros: Very useful kitchen gadget, helps me cook my noodles exactly the right time. Easy to 'program', easy to use, loud enough to hear it without waking up the baby. All good.

Cons: Not the most good looking thing in the world. A lot of 'grey space' on the right hand side, looks like if there was normally a company logo or so placed. Would have been nicer if it was a bit smaller. Build quality is so so but good enough for what it is supposed to do.

Other: Useful tool that should be in every kitchen. Shame that it doesn't look a little bit better, maybe DX could offer it in different colors or so?

Pros: Another great item on DX!

Cons: Can't think in any Cons about the functioning. It fits all it's purpose.
But you can't turn it off unless you remove the battery. But I believe that the power it uses to maintain the LCD on all the time won't be a problem. I have it on for almost 6 months and I think it will last much more.

Other: Excellent cooking gadget!

Pros: Very thin, very light.
Magnet is small, so I was afraid i wouldn't get stuck to the fridge, but it is strong enough to stick to it hard.
Only 3 keys,easy to use, min+sec for reset.

Cons: Lacks a power off button, I don't know how much will the batteries long.
Very poor screen contrast, you have to look straight from the front, if you move 20º up or down, you will only see "88:88"
Alarm sound a bit low, in the kitchen there are frequently other noises which can be louder than beep

Other: Perfect for the price, good sthetic
