Umbrella Holder for Bicycle/Motorcycle

Pros: Pros! Well no more getting soaked cos it's raining when you want to cycle to work No more trying to hold an umbrella and cycle at the same time I've fitted this to my 'shoppping' bike - the one i use for short journeys, and it's brilliant. You do look a little odd cycling along with this on with an umbrella - BUT who cares, you are dry! Very simple to use, folds away nicely, easy to fit, holds the umbrella well, even in strong wind/cycling fast. nice 'goose neck' action.

Cons: Could be a danger if left 'up' when not in use, but it's really easy to fold down when i am not using it. I am a little worried part of it might get nicked when i am away from my bike, but meh, it's cheap enough, so who cares - not happened yet!

Other: Cheap, works, simple, LIGHT, weatherproof - you just supply the umbrella....

Pros: None

Cons: The item that I received is not as pictured. The plastic part under the umbrella handle clamp was cracked. Bad design puts a lot of stress on plastic parts. All metal tubing and fasteners are steel and not stainless steel.

Other: This is the worst product I ever bought from DX, and it is somewhat expensive given the poor quality. I was going to use it to clamp an umbrella over a baby carriage, but it is going into the trash can instead.
