Bamboo is a great natural renewable resource that last a life time. This solar powered calculator is made out of real bamboo and is no exception.  Finally a go green calculator with a low carbon foot print. It has 18 bamboo keys with engraved numbering. The 12 digit display is easily read. Not to mention how great not needing a battery is for our environment. What more could you ask for from a go green product?

    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: Nice item, big keys , and soft action. 12 digits is very convenient and useful. if you plan to have a Xmas present that makes a great impression , this is it. The keys are also in Bamboo and nicely engraved. They operate well and have a nice soft touch

    Cons: Not much, just the cost , it's a bit over pricey, but probably it is more complicated to produce and costly. The manual is nice printed , but in Chinese, a bit difficult for us Europeans... But there is nothing much to it really, everyone knows how to use a calculator...

    Other: You should buy this its a real nice item and works fine, a bit pricey but it's different and original.
