Universal 2.75in Windshield Mount for Cell Phones

Pros: The flexible gooseneck is EXTREMELY stiff and doesn't buckle under the weight of my PDA. The grips clamp the PDA very tightly, and the plastic doesn't feel too cheap.

Cons: The aethestics are somewhat poor; the foam blocks on the grip arms would look much better if hidden from view. Gooseneck also starts to feel loose after a few twists. AC clamp is completely useless (might as well save the plastic for some other uses)

Other: Excellent quality and performance for the money. Any worries about durability and reliability can be alleviated by the price; you can buy FOUR of these before it even comes close to the price of a windshield PDA holder at N.American retail stores.

Pros: Cheap. Black. Wide opened.

Cons: Flimsy. The connection between the flexible rod and the device holder braked on first installation.

Other: You can fix it if you want to. I opened it up and used epoxy putty and screw (first drilling a hole through the rod center and making M3 threading here) for fixing the BAD, BROKEN connection here (see the photos).

Pros: Good value for money, padded well to protect your phone/PDA. Suction cap is extremely strong and the gooseneck is very stiff. Design is good that it has a support for the bottom of the phone.

Cons: Plastic of the cradle is a bit cheap quality. Air con vent clip is a bit dodgy (i wouldn't trust it).

Other: For the price, it's definitely worth one of these and the quality and function is comparable to other units costing up to 10 times as much.

Pros: nice hold on my 6120 gooseneck is stiff yet still flexible suction cap sticks well onto window - no chance of it falling off.

Cons: for the air con clip to work properly your car would have to have perfect sized vents

Other: would have been nice to have a air con clip that is a bit more adjustable but the windshield mount can be unobtrusive if put in the right spot any way. I'd buy this again if it was lost somehow.

Pros: Great grip on your phone, ipod, gps, etc. The suction cup is extremely strong and seems if it can hold very decent weight.

Cons: The cradle only attaches loosely to the arm so it can fall off if you knock it (but rarely happens if you don't touch it). Maybe its a feature of quick release :)

Other: I'm thinking about buying another one for my other phone

Pros: - great for mounting not only phones but other items as well (i.e. ipods, mp4 players, etc) - the holder itself is well built

Cons: - the flexible extender is really stiff and requires significant amount of force to bend - suction cup is not that strong (mine lasted for approximately 3 months, then now it wouldn't stick permanently) - the foam padding easily falls off

Other: Works well at the beginning, but for longer term, get one with a good suction.

Pros: Easy mount procedure with good reliable Windshield Mount system. Realy universal: match to Nokia 3100 and Samsung Z300.

Cons: Quality of cell holder is everage, after one day left holder can not be fixed in close position. That was required simple repair by me. And attach adhesive type between cell holder and windshield mount's hose.

Other: I'm hope not all cell mounts has this problem, advice to buy.

Pros: Great price, looks good, heavy windshield mounting, intelligent mounting, flexible for different phones, looks strong. Comfortable button for fast extending so that you can take your PDA from it without even looking at it.

Cons: It wasn't great for my HTC PDA, looks like it was too big for it. The holders broke after some months of usage.

Other: It's a great deal if you're not going to use a big phone / PDA on it. Maybe I didn't succeeded with the perfect item but the rubber just gone wrong when using it for months. Anyway, it's a great item, I advice you to get it if you need it!

Pros: Excellent price, strong mounting, easy-to-fit in any GPS module, built-in button for extending, avoinding damages when opening the size,

Cons: The clip that attach the pedestal for window is very simple and weak. You must take care when positioning the pedestal, because if you put too much power at the holder to change the pedestal position, there are good chances of breaking this attach clip.

Other: Very functional and very cheap.
Do not expect the most strog product, but it will fit most of people needs about a GPS holder

Fits every phone, mp3, mp4, GPS and other stuff You want to mount on your windshield.
You can adjust the size and position.

Cons: Cheap plastic, feels cheap. Build quality not so great. It can fall apart easily.
