Pros: The price is very good and the parts delivered to me was more as I expected. The mount for the bike, then two rubber elements for stable contact to the metal of the bike and another mount (!) for I believe mounting on a headscarf for using on the head, the lamp I mean. Very great that tool! Now I am able to mount my superbright LED flashlights on my bike, like many other have it done long time ago too.
Cons: Build quality is a bit bad. Not at all, but one part, the clip to (dis-)mount the flashlight from the mount on your bike. This clip is very tiny and probably do not works long time. Specially when you dismount your (probably expensive) LED flashlight often from your bike.
And the maximum diameter is only 28mm (or 1-2mm more) But for bigger flashlights there are other mounts on DX available ;)
Other: Well, there are other mounts on Dealextreme, I believe I want to buy other ones too, specially because of the maximum diameter of ca. 28mm

Pros: "quick release" removable mount is good so you can use torch away from bike, or save those critical few grams when riding in daylight, or to stop someone stealing it, or just so it doesn't get damaged if you stand the bike on the bars to change a tyre etc.
Cons: While there is useful rubbery spacer material for the mount to the bars, there isn't anything for the torch side of the mount. However, I found using a segment of old 25mm bike tube was just right for my torch, so not a big deal.
Other: I find this much more practical than a mount without the quick release feature (which seems pretty robust so far).

Pros: The mount is fairly compact, it can be adjusted horizontally and vertically. You can remove the light quickly without removing the whole mount. The mount is supplied with two rubber inserts for the handle bar bracket and a belt loop to carry the light after removing it from your bike. But the belt loop could easily be cable tied to your helmet as a helmet mount meaning you could swap your light between the handle bars and helmet in the matter of seconds.
Cons: I am using these mounts with a pair of MTE SF-15 (also reviewed). When fitting these lights into the mount they rattled about, and that’s with the mount tightened up fully. They would not fall out because the tail cap and reflector are much wider than the battery tube. I solved this by super gluing a strip of rubber in the light mount. This both looks fine and now holds the light very securely.
I liked the fact that these could be adjusted horizontally, however the adjustment is a clicky type so you can only adjust the light in 18 degree jumps. This means it is almost pointless, you can have it pointing straight ahead or 18 degree left or right. Saying that with these super bright p7 emitters with a wide beam it is not critical exactly where they point. Shine them ahead and you will do fine. If you did need fine adjustment, set it where you want it then superglue the top and bottom section together.
The horizontal adjustment wobbles about quite a bit also so the glue would fix that also.
The mount uses finger screws to tighten up the brackets; however I much prefer calm screws so I modified mine with calm screws from my old CATEYE halogen twins. This is now much better and easier to adjust for height. If you are in traffic and concerned about dazzling oncoming traffic with your super bright lights, you can flick the calm down, adjust , then clamp it back again.
Other: This is a good mount at not a lot of money. Shame really because it could very easily have been a perfect mount. Even if that ment a couple of extra $'s.

Pros: An good value easy-to-use bike mount. * Comes with 2 rubber inserts for the handle bar so it is easy to fasten on any handle bar. * The belt loop can easily be attached to your helmet giving you an head mount as well! * Easy to fasten/remove the flashlight.
Cons: * The clip that locks/unlocks the mount seems somewhat weak. It works fine so far bu it might be worn down over time. * No rubber insert for the Flashlight. Not a major issue since any piece of rubber will do, e.g. an old tube. * The horizontal adjustment moves in 18 degree jumps so it cant be used to fine-adjust the flashlight angle.
Other: Really good bike mount for a low price. The head mount (belt loop) is a great bonus.

Pros: Belt and handlebar attachment options. Quick release system. Quality of the rubber pads inside the handlebar mount. Item seems durable. General quality is good. I believe that this is the best design for a bike flashlight holder on the market.
Cons: It will be better if the right and left turn mechanism of the flashlight holder head is without 15degree clicks but operatable by changing the direction more precisely and fastening it by a bolt. There must be a rubber pad for the flashlight holder part as well (only 2 rubbers of different thickness are included for the handlebar mounting part).
Other: Quality control must be improved. The click mechanism at the bottom of the rail does not work on mine. But can be easily repaired.

Pros: The mount for the bike, it has two rubber elements for better contact with the metal of the bike control and second mount for mounting on a headscarf or belt, if you wish to use your flashlight this way.
Mount consists of two parts. They quickly disconnected from each other, so you can take your light with you without twisting off whole mount.
Size is useful for almost every flashlight tube on 18650 batteries.
Cons: The clip that locks the mount seems somewhat weak. It works fine for me but it might be worn down over time.
There is no rubber insert for the Flashlight. You need to search it yourself.
The horizontal adjustment moves in near 20 degree jumps so it can't be used to fine-adjust the flashlight angle.
Other: This is a good mount at not a lot of money. It's much cheaper then Fenix mount, and the quality is worth too.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: It fits all handle bar sizes, mine are oversized. The light can be easily dismounted from a bike if you have to go to a supermarket or something by using the clip mechanism. You don't need a screwdriver if you want to dismount it completely from the bike or adjust the vertical allignment.
Cons: The light rattles up and down, and it can move about 2-3 degrees horisontally during riding a bike. Use some glue or push some piece of string into the gap to fix it firmly.
Other: An ok product for the money invested, though it could use a little improvement.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: -Detachable design lets you quickly disconnect your flashlight
-Fits many sizes of handlebars.
Cons: -Price is a bit much for what you get
-quick release latches are kinda weak. Both of mine don't really hold together very well, causing the flashlight to want to slip out of the mount. Used to have them slide forward to dismount, remounted them after I launched the flashlight off my bike trying to use the tailswitch.
-Mount feels like it's going to break when installing
Other: Good mount for flashlight, probably cheaper than other similar options out there, but not the best price in the world. Quick release is worth it, but wish it were stronger
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: - you can quickly and easily disconnect flashlight from holder when you go to the shop by clip mechanism - usable to ALL handlebars (2 rubbers are included) - you can easily rotate with flashlight by rotation mechanism - easy mounting and dismounting - you can easily adjust vertical alignment without screwdriver - just your fingers
Cons: - holder for flashlight (tube) could be little bit bigger for bigger flashlights (diameter)...then you could use one of the rubber for smaller flashlights - plastic construction could be thicker for long life - quick release clip mechanism could be little bit stronger
Other: Very good flashlight holder with rotation mechanism and quick clip mechanism for mounted flashlight.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: holds a flashlight excellent and keeps itself on the bar as well. there is a lot of material, so one can not brake it easily.
Cons: construction feature is 360 degree turn and mounted torch could be taken off by special slider, that's why some extra shifts take place.
Other: extra material in construction means it could be hardly broken - it's good! extra shifts in construction could be minimized with super glue or some of this kind =)
