Pros: i bought this item as a replacement for the original remote.
Easy to program. Works with a variety of air conditioners
materials and build quality are reasonable (it survived two major drops by my son)
Excelllent value. Price is unbeatable.

Cons: the instructions are not very clear and not complete (nothing that a person with normal common sense cannot figure out)
range of operation is relative short (i use it over 8 meters)

Other: good product, good value for money = great deal.
