What is Bulk Rate? BulkRate is a semi-wholesale system with items priced separately from retail. When you use bulk rates, a flat $1.70 registered air mail fee will automatically be added to your cart to ensure delivery of package. While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: + Holds well, bicycle and flashlight.
+ stay firm attached after bumpy riding.
+ attractive price.
+ slim design to fit between other accessories on the handle bar.
Cons: main screw tends to losen up after bumpy riding increasing the
looseness between the rotating top and bottom rings,
causing the mount to be dismantled unwillingly.
Other: Excellent buy for the money, fits MTE SSC P7 flashlight.
Wouldn't hesitate to buy another one.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Seems quite sturdy, shims included, good clamps, not too bulky. Not terribly expensive, but I'd buy several if they were a little cheaper.
Cons: Price a bit high, but does the job better than cheaper items. Don't need the 'swiveling' head feature, would prefer it was one piece.
Other: Great mount, probably worth the money they're asking, quality built and functional.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Does what it is intended for. Fits my handlebar. Very compact.
Cons: Mounting process is quite long. It is not comfortable to screw it up, some clip mechanism could be better
Other: I think it's the best mount available here.
This mount

seems to be built better, but it's very wide and it will take a lot of place on your handlebars (or simply won't fit, as in my case).
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: It holds a flashlight tight, and does not drop it, at least on my commuter bike.
Cons: There is a swivel pin between the two locking clamps. This swivel allows for some rotation. This swivel also has a significant amount of play, causing the light to flop from side to side, or aim in the wrong direction. It's fixable but annoying.
Other: Too bad DX never got the Fenix one in stock after 30+ days, I suspect it is better quality. I'll never know though, cancelled after much waiting.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Will fit on almost all MTB & Racing bikes. And will hold flashlights that carry CR123A/18650 size cells. Apart from slack link between the two clamps the build quality is quite good. With almost all the components feeling very solid.
Cons: The link between the two clamps needs some work. I found my angle on my seatpost then superglued it. because it looks like a small self tapper holding it together.

Pros: Fits my bicycle bars, and it’s OK with my Ultrafire WF-502B (SKU 35074). Vertical alignment is good, holds the flashlight tightly.
Cons: Lateral alignment is almost impossible as there is a swivel pin (actually a simple screw) that allows rotation (lateral movement), even when fully tight.
Had to use some superglue to fix it, and now that it is always pointing forward (perpendicular to the handlebar) it’s OK.
Other: It’s a reasonable mount, considering the price – and assuming that you don’t mind to superglue it and loose the lateral adjustment possibility.

Pros: - Robust plastic (must be, because bicycle will produce a lot of vibrations !)
- Keeps (hold) well the torch, only small vibrations
- Good fixing of the mount
- decent price for such a product
- Not sold in France
Cons: Does well its job, so, to me, there is no cons
Other: Good deal for me, as i leave my bicycle at a railway station, so i need to put over the lights, not to be stolen ;)
When the actual light will be out, it's good to see that i will be able to buy another one, without changing the mount !

Pros: Smaller and more compact then it appears in photos. Once the mod is made(see below), it's rock solid so far. No jiggling, even with a larger torch like my P7. Fits my OS bars with no problem.
Cons: As everyone has stated, there is some swiveling between the two parts (see mod in other thoughts).
It took me a couple minutes to figure out how to quickly and smoothly attach it to my bars.
Other: As much as I like the rubber mounts DX sells for mny smaller/lighter torches, for a larger/heavier torch like a P7, this mount is the way to go.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: One of the best thing is the price. You simply cant find mount like this cheaper anywhere else. It is even hard to find mounts like that in shops.
Second thing is a sure plus - this mount is really small, tho on the picture it doesnt look like.
It is also very solid!
Cons: There arent any.
Other: Cheap, solid, small, perfect. Nothing more to add, i love it from the day i got it.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: It clamps securely and quickly. I feel confident that it's never going to let go, no matter how bumpy the road.
Cons: As other reviewers have noted, the two halves swivel on a single screw which doesn't feel very secure. The swivelling is not very useful, so I glued the two halves together.
I have used it in the rain a few times and the metal fixings have quickly started to rust. I would have been happy to pay more for something with stainless steel or otherwise corrosion-resistant parts. For now, smearing a bit of grease over the metal parts keeps the water off.
Other: While it is certainly very good for the price, it could be better.
