Pros: This holds a light on a bike's handlebar nicely. There's a little bit of bounce on rough surfaces, but the light stays where it should be and keeps pointing in the right direction - it's just the beam spreads up and down a bit.
Cons: A little fiddly to get the tension right on the light holder.
The hooks that hold the rubber strap look a bit thin, but they're holding up well so far with a few bumpy rides.
You may need a bit of old inner tube to shim out your light.
Other: For road use and relatively smooth offroad I'd have no hesitation in recommending this. For really bumpy mountain biking it may be a bit wobbly - mine hasn't caused any problems yet!

Pros: A good design using sticky rubber for the straps that hold onto your handlebars and hold your flashlight onto the mount. The sizing is fairly good, and the mount is capable of gripping almost any small to medium diameter flashlight. The swivel mechanism is definitely a plus.
Cons: Rubber strap for the flashlight grip broke after 3 days of use. Expect the same result for your purchase.
Other: Great design, entirely unreliable. I would not take this on night rides for fear of dropping / breaking / losing my flashlight.

Pros: You can adjust the height and direction easily.
Did not break in a while.
We had a lot of rain over here and it work as-new.
You can put grocery bag and it will stay on.
Cons: Did not fit my handlebar from my 10year old bike.
Had to tie wrap it to stay on.
Other: Can fit lasers, and mostly any flashlight.
The construction is well done considering i did some intensive bike lately and it did not move at all, it is also Waterproof.

Pros: The rubber top strap is nice and grippy, it has a decent diameter range and swivels 360 deg, it has a quick release. I use it for my small torch and bullet camera.
Cons: I'm not sure how long it'll last, mine came with half a foam sticky pad in between the top and bottom parts. Strange? I wonder if it'll stop 'popping in' to the swivel part in time.
Other: It's working so far, used on bumpy and potholed roads! I'm buying another to use with another torch.

Pros: Cheap, reasonably strong rubber. Very useful for mounting a light on your forks as you can adjust the angle. Will also work fine on probably any handle bar. Ive used one mounted on the flat section off wing bars.
Cons: Use it correctly and there is none.
Other: Buy it if you're using smaller light. Works great. Ive been more than happy with it, ive ordered more.

Pros: Fits my flashlight and once I attach my flashlight on my road bike with this, it stays there and there is no swivel, even with the vibrations from the road. I use SKU 00046, Compact 9 LEDs Flashlight with this on my roadbike. So far, after about 4 months usage, there is no deterioration of the rubber so I am happy with the build quality.
Cons: There are no serious flaws I could see. The rubber strap perhaps is a little thin but I leave my flashlight attached and only take it off occasionally to change the batteries and there is no problem using this in such a manner.
Other: I would recommend this product.

Pros: I bought some for general use, and one thing I tried was pointing a green laser at the inside of the front rim.
Having been almost wiped out twice this week, being visible is high on my priority list.
The laser lighted up the rim nicely, and the flickiness from the spokes works well and is very obvious.
Cons: sides are
* it buggers up your night vision (should have used a red laser)
* green (and blue) lights are actually illegal on vehicles here.
* the clamp is not perfect and does allow the laser to sag a bit on each bump.
Other: Good enough - cheap enough.

Pros: Good look and feel. Works on any kind of bar, I use it on both my racing bike and my MTB. Possible to mount on a helmet and use a torch for head light style. I primarily use it to fix my Garmin GPS/heart rate (looks like a big watch) monitor to my bike.
Cons: It's not super easy to get the correct possition of the light when using it on a helmet, but then it was probably not intended for this either.
Other: Good for handlebar mounting, ok for helmet mounting. Not only good for flashlghts, good for watch style electronics too.

Pros: -Easy to use -swivel allows aiming of flashlight -versatile mount
Cons: -Swivel might be a little flimsy -Plastic tab that the rubber latches onto is small: might break away, and not long enough to grab the rubber well -when holder and light are aimed in the same direction, the rubbers interfere with each other.
Other: Good price, get one.

Pros: # Excellent value.
# Very light weight.
# Easy to use.
Cons: Suitable only for light lamps and other devices.
The weak attachment of rotating the halves together.
Weak bands. Normally holds only in the extreme positions of gum.
Other: Secured by means of Universal Bicycle Swivel Mount extra small flashlight and a light on my bicycle fork steering.
