Pros: This is a high quality camera mount for the windscreen. The suction cup is surprisingly large in size compared to a typical mount. It's sturdy and supports my compact Point & Shoot camera well. It's well made for its low price.
Cons: None that I can think of. Maybe they can make a smaller version that mounts lighter weight devices.
Other: If your car cam's mount broke, this is an excellent replacement.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: -Good price
-Just size for small chambers
-Road surface in the grasp in the surface, not free
-The material with which this one fact is seen of very good quality
Cons: To the first sight none.
It is necessary to fit well the chamber because otherwise podria to vibrate a bit in the recording
To use only in smooth surfaces, otherwise free
Other: Exelente buys, 100 % recommended

Pros: This mount has a rather big suction pad and hold very strong on the car window. Attaching is very easy because of the clamp. It can be adjusted very good and stable.
Cons: I haven't found any yet. The only thought can be that the suction pad is rather big, but a smaller suction pad would result is a lees strong connection.
Other: Very good product for a reasonable price.

Pros: Easy to use
Excellent Grip on Windshield
Cons: Had to switch one of the levers, inverting the nut and bolt, to fit windshield angle and camera - Original mount was leaving the lenses too close to the windshield, bringing unnecessary risk in case of shock.
It was an inversion easy to do - remove the main bolt/nut, invert the lever support, and assemble back.
Other: A nice way of capturing photos and videos in the car. Recommend it !

Pros: This is really a very useful mount holder! Its small, but big and strong enough to use with my EOS 40D with the heavy 24-105 L series mounted on it. I've been using it with the EOS, LUMIX TZ7 and Canon 580EX flash. With Lumix I've made some videos driving with the holder inside and outside the car, and it behaves great! Its quite smooth (depending of course, on road types).
Cons: The only con I can think of, is the tension of round head screw (for camera angle). You have to tight it very well or use some rubber in the housing to increase traction. I use it with the 40D with nothing on it, just had to tight it very well (take a look at the above picks). Decent quality plastic.
Other: Its made of plastic, otherwise it costs much more. Its durable enough for its purpose and price. Since the first one, I bough two more!! If you use remote flash or like to explore different angles and framing, go for it!!

Pros: it's made of solid plastic and also it's very stable! I was afraid that my camera may fall when mounted in car, but everything is fine.
Cons: non so far.... except for that you have to tight it well especially if it is mounted in a vehicle.
Other: the price is great! it's one of the best accessories I have ever bought for my camera. And it's a must if you want to record some trip or something while driving.

Pros: This mount is actually pretty strong. When water is applied to the suction cup it almost guarantees that your camera is not going to fall off. The material made is pretty durable.
Cons: I bought this so i can use this in my car as a temporary "dash cam". But this does not fit properly on my front windshield due to the angle of it. The screw to mount the camera is touching the windshield no matter which angle i adjust it to.
Other: If you need a solid camera mount, get it.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Very strong suction ( i thought people were kidding about it). It was able to hold my 50D with zoom lens when mounted vertically and upside down. Relatively easy to use.
Cons: Some plastics and mechanics seem very fragile and could be improved upon. A little hard to tighten camera to mount. I didn't enjoy it the first time.
Other: It's your own risk if you choose to mount your DSLRs on this for extended periods. I wouldn't risk my $2000 eqpt on this item. Serves purpose relatively well.

Pros: Well designed and solidly built. Easy to set up.
Cons: The 'ball'-adjustment at the end of the mount is somewhat of a week-point. Be careful when adjusting this part of the mount, since over-tightening may cause breakage.
Other: If you need something like this, buy it. You'll be happy with how it works.

Pros: This little device is so useful it isn't funny and at a fraction of the cost of similar tools. Great for speedlights as well as cameras. Very strong grip mind you it is a suction cup so use with caution. I have used this to position speedlights on the side of a car for a motion shot and they held great. However vibration and changing temps can certainly effect the performance of these. Always have a backup. They never slipped for me.
Cons: Because it's a suction cup it has limitation. Certainly clean both surfaces you are mounting to and use a back up method to secure your camera or speedlight from falling. Ie. Camera strap clipped into somewhere else. As mentioned earlier beware of changing temperature and lots of vibration or flex on the mounting surface.
Other: Buy several for use and gifts for your photo buddies.
