Universal Car Windshield Swivel Mount and Car Charger for Samsung I9000

Pros: The I9000 (Galaxy S) had build-in GPS and navigation software. Without a mount in your car this is not really usable while driving.
This mount will solve your problem! Its suction cup is very good. It holds very strongly to the window. I've repositioned it several times now and the cup still holds very well.
The fit for the phone is very tight. It will hold your phone strong, but in my opinion a little too strong.
Because GPS uses a lot of battery the charger is a MUST HAVE! It will supply a little more power to the battery than what you consume, so the phone will be charging very slowly (if you so not connect the charger the battery will be empty within 2hours)
All short: very handy very fine.

Cons: Holds phone very tight. I trimmed the clip with a pair of clippers. Removed about 2mm, and now the fit is perfect
The swivel arm has plastic cover which is not very good. you can manually adjust this cover, so no problem when it's in place.

Other: Buy it!!!

Pros: It's build quality is quite good, but in mine now have partially self-removed hose. It have very good suction cup, holds window good and does not come off.

Cons: Movable plastic clip to holding phone is scratching it in the middle. Because of long hand it shakes and has to be lean to the panel to be steady acting as a camera.

Other: It's a good one. I'm using it for phone act as video registrator, and after I added self-made column from paper and put it between this item and car panel (what is not so esthetically) it's doing good.

Pros: I think is a very very correct galaxy S mobile phone car stand. Very strong fixation to windscreen and also very good phoe support, i think never fall down in normal driving conditions. also the included adapter works perfect and recharges the battery continuously when you drive your car.

Cons: mayb build quality must be better for this price, it's good adjust (very strong) seems to some plastic parts maybe become broken easily in first mounting, but this did't occours and all was working perfect.

Other: I think the product is good enough to recommend the purchase, go ahead and buy it...

Pros: - Holds the phone perfectly and firmly on the windshield
- Its not too large so its easy to store under the seat.
- The holder feels robust and the phone fits perfectly.

Cons: - The charger plug that sometimes is popped out (maybe is just my car -Audi A3- but never happened with any other charger)

Other: Great for using any GPS software with the Samsung i9000 Galaxy S.
Good priced and well built, robust and compact.

Pros: Good price, very easy to use, very good charger!
The charger provided is even better than the original charger provided by Samsung and charges the phone faster.

Cons: The phone mounting device is built from cheap materials. The suction cup can be better... it might fall off the windshield if you touch it not too gently...

Other: Buy it! I bought two units about six weeks ago and now I bought the third unit for my daughter.
Got it by mail within three weeks, as promised by DX.

Pros: I use it with my Samsung Galaxy S. Works perfect in my car. It sticks extremely well to the windshield (unlike my TomTom navigator). Easy to mount horizontally or vertically. The charger cable is long and flexible enough to reach the phone. Perfect product if you want to use your phone as a navigator in your car or with a radar-spotting app.

Cons: None that I can think of.

Other: Excellent

Pros: Easy to mount and remove, the wind holder is easy to put and the plug works perfectly. The charger works nicely and charges the battery really quick!

Cons: Mine broke but I have no idea how it happened, i used to keep it inside my car's glove box and suddenly it was broken, maybe someone mishandled it, can't tell. Point is I liked it so much I'm buying myself another piece!

Other: Get it, you won't regret. The charger itself is an awesome added bonus!

Pros: Great price for the combo, charger always worked for me. The Windshield Mount worked great too. Really not much room for error with these, either they worked or they didn't, and these were perfect.

Cons: The workings, the movable parts, of the mount were kinda tight. But didn't offer any real problems. By fault of my own, one of the clips that hold my phone in place broke off. Wish that hadn't happened.

Other: You get a functional car charger and a mount for your Samsung Galaxy. Great! Just don't step on anything and you're set.

Pros: My I9001 fits perfect in this. The swivel is good, and you can pretty much angle it any way you like. The suction cup seems to stick well too, and easy to remove again.

Cons: The cable is a bit short for my car. But that is because my lighter socket i down by the handbreak. For a normal dashboard socket it'll be just fine. The image on the box is a bit different from the product, but that's just nitpicking. The DX image is right.

Other: I can't think of anything bad about this product. It has everything I expected it to have.

Pros: Standard suction mechanism holds very well on glass or flat surfaces, even when on the windshield at an angle. Phone fits perfectly and securely, and cutouts enable use as a road video camera.

Cons: Stem adjusts and keeps shape, but when used at an angle (like straight out from the windshield) bounces considerably.

Other: Great value, great price, includes car charger, if you have this phone a great choice for vehicle mount (or on a shelf at home.) Very comfortable recommending.
