Pros: plugs into wall outlet, I believe it is 110-220 compatible as I am using it through 110. Securely holds battery in place and has a wide range between connections to allow for many types of batteries.

Cons: No instructions besides everything printed in Chinese. A port that is used for a power cable is in the device but no cable or indication what it is used for was included. Has different charging statuses (Blinking red, Blinking Blue) with no indication what either of them represent.

Other: Being the second device of this nature I've bought, the first being a usb plug-in it has definitely been worth the money.
I recommend researching the device for the instructions to make sure it is what you need.

Pros: Seems to be solid, well made, no sharp edges and mains pins fold flat to allow easy packing for travel. Pretty good value The charger contacts adjusted perfectly to fit my battery. Spring loaded contact pins are great. The slide holding section was tensioned perfectly for my Nokia battery. For my use I think it will last a long time as there is only one battery size to charge.

Cons: No English instructions. No indication of which charge pin is +ve or -ve Had to plug use a multimeter to ID those pins. +ve is at the fixed indicator LED end. I charged a Nokia BL-5C phone battery with end voltage tested at 4.32 volts which is a little high I think. If you need to adjust contacts for lots of different batteries the thin contact wires may not last. Be nice to know what the extra power socket is for.

Other: No English instructions. If you need to charge spare cellphone batteries out of the phone then this will do the job. Note the slightly above limit cutoff voltage mentioned in cons.
