Pros: It is adjustable with a thumb screw for TV thickness/depth. The Kinect base clips onto the mount and rests securely. It is very easy to set up. The weight of the Kinect holds the mount clip on the TV. The clip comes with wall mounting hardware so the Kinect can be mounted on the wall above your TV.

Cons: In the event of an earthquake or someone grabbing your TV and shaking it, the Kinect and the mounting clip may not stay on top of the TV as the weight of the Kinect is what holds the clip in place.

Other: It is an excellent value for the price. It does what it's supposed to do. You *can* pay more to get what appears to be the exact same thing but why would you? I would not hesitate to recommend the purchase to a friend.
