Pros: One charger for all types of your battery.
Save charger mess.
Save power as this reduces unused powered up charger.
Convenient.
As there are more and more portable devices, therefore more batteries to charge, this can (1) eliminate the chargers mess: keep charger that are less use (2) and save power: normally unused chargers are still powered, thisI forgot .
Cons: AC pin swivel and cannot sit in the socket well - design problem.
Charging current not high (better to be low than have overcharging and kill cells and inflame cells)
Other: 1. Clear my charger mess.
2. I need a small smart charger for less frequent need of charging 9V low discharge cell and CR123 - this fulfill my requirements.

Pros: Small size, "universal" charging capability. I used this charger to jump-start a malfunctioning TrustFire 14500 battery and now that battery is working perfectly.
Cons: As value412 mentioned, it'd be better if we were able to charge at least two batteries at once, especially AAAs.
Other: While it might seem to be a little pricier than it should be, the fact that it can charge 1.2/1.5,3.6/3.7, and 9V batteries justifies the cost.

Pros: I received few weeks ago, and today (22.03.2009) I test it using 2 x 18650 (2500mA) Li-Ion cells.
I measured current (onload) and is around 160-165mA, for a partially charged cells (3.86 booth of mine).
Charging time: 5H/each, and now boot are 4.21V.
Cons: It can't be a cons, but should be mentioned. This charger is over-rated, the charging current is 160mA. Does it mean that when battery is fully discharged, 17h to fully charge one 2500mA Li-ion cell! In my case, this is a pros not a cons. Slower charging time it mean LONGER battery life.
Other: I cannot guarantee that is protected charger, but seems to be.
- when connected, it has a led built-in which is turning to GREEN
- when connect a discharged or partially charged battery, the led turn to RED
- when fully charged, led turns again to GREEN

Pros: - One awe-some thing. Charges anything!
- Comes fully usable, plugs right in for immediate usage.
- Battery indicator light
- Hasn't broken yet
- Easy to remove batteries when done
Cons: - Bad thing is that the battery adjustment spring is a little too strong. The metal parts may hurt a little when pushed.
- The positive terminal is curved, it may be hard to insert batteries.
Other: Good product, should buy.

Pros: i use this charger by months.. and i can say it is well made.. it charge all kind of batteries i have at home...! when you unsert a 1.2 volt nimh battery.. it AUTOMATICALLY charge it at 1.4 volt( checked with tester)
. when you inster a 3.6 volt battery.. it charge at 4.2.. it is very good. it also scharge 9 volt batteries. i dont know how can this little charger to be so SMART.
Cons: i a bit slow.. but . make a GOOD JOB. i can't find other cons.price is ok...could be lower .. but the UNIQUE feature all in 1 ( 9 volt,3.6v...1.2 volt) is ok for the price
Other: but it if you want charge all kind of battery!!!

Pros: -Charges a wide range of batteries.
-Made of good quality plastic, feels solid.
-Works on 240V AC as advertised, doesn't explode.
-Mine charges a 14500 at ~270 mA.
-For lithium secondaries, cuts off at 4.23 volts. Not perfect, but reasonably close to the optimal 4.20 volts.
Cons: -The metal contacts aren't perfect and while fully functional, detract a bit from the build quality.
-The spring-loaded contact doesn't slide smoothly and the spring is too strong. This makes it a bit difficult to remove battery.
-Only one channel.
Other: A very functional charger at a great price.

Pros: Very compact. Very inexpensive. Charges all sizes of lithium-ion batteries and cuts off before 4.2 volts. Does not require spacers or modding. Uses a low enough charge rate to safely charge 10440 cells. Also charges NiMH batteries to 1.4 volts (slowly). Does all of this using 110 or 220V and doesn't need any switches or controls. It just works.
Cons: There are no instructions or writing in English on the charger or the packaging. The only thing you can mess up is you could put the battery in the wrong way. If the lever was a little bigger it would be easier to gently ease it on to the battery.
Other: It works.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Very inexpensive, small and compact, and will handle a wide variety of battery sizes, from 16340 to 18650 without using adapters or mods. Uses a low enough charging current to charge 10440 cells. Cuts off before 4.20 volts for li-ion cells. Does NiMH batteries too (charging to 1.4 volts; my Maha C-9000 charger only added another 50 mAh). Works on 110V or 220V. No buttons or switches. It just works.
Cons: No instructions. Packaging and device are all in Chinese.
Other: I have no problems with this thing. If you are just getting started with li-ion batteries, this is a great charger to get while keeping your investment low.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: I was skeptical as to how well this little charger would work. I was pleasantly surprised! it does as it says, and charges most every type of cell you will run into, except LiFePO4 cells.
Cons: For larger cells, this charger is a little slow. It will work though, eventually. I am not real big on fold out plugs. This one seems to work though. I leave it out all the time so as to not wear out the internal contacts. Actually, my solution for this, is to just leave it plugged into an outlet strip. Problem solved! As others have mentioned, and I just thought they were wimps, but the spring on the adjustable negative contact really is stiff! This is a good thing though actually, as it ensures good contact of the cell in the charger. Pretty easy to get used to.
Other: For the price, this is a really good charger, A very versatile unit.
