Universal Travel Power Adapter with Surge Protection

Pros: It is simple to use. It has good build quality. Made of nice smooth white plastic. Great price! Not heavy. Seems to be very useful, though I still have to test it in real situations during my summer travels.

Cons: I can't see any at the moment.

Other: Very good travel adapter. Buy it!

Cons: - A little bulky

Other: Very useful to have a few of these around, and are excellent for the money. Similar converters cost 3x times more in Australia than they do on DX. I bought 3 of them just because buying 3 was cheaper than buying one in a local store.

Pros: I wasn't expecting much for the price, but I'm quite happy I ordered two of these for some upcoming trips. DOESN´T CONVERT THE VOLTAGE - but I knew that going in, it adapts the physical connection to match what you need.

Cons: At this price, I don't see any.. Some may find it big, but it's light and easy to stuff into luggage..

Other: I saw a Samsonite equivalent at a store here for cdn$20 - so I'm quite happy with this

Pros: 1. Good construction
2. Does everything the advertising says it does
3. Almost foolproof (see cons)

Cons: 1. No instructions (for example; when plugging in a US style plug [parallel prongs]to this device and plugging this device to an Australian wall socket, you are not sure of the polarity)This plug can be used upside down.
2. Because of this some devices which do not have the capability of reverse polarity may be damaged (because US prongs are parallel) BE CAREFUL

Other: I'd buy another one if I needed it.

This is a very useful device for the traveller or if you are buying universal power devices from another country.

Cons: There is sometimes a bit of play when locked but nothing major. It has not got any worse and I've used it for more than 6 months.

Other: A good travel adapter at a good price. Buy it for your home and you won't need to buy a specific adapter for foreign plugs anymore! (I haven't found anything around my house that I can't use with it yet)

Pros: - Good and sturdy build quality - Red LED to know if it's well plugged - Will work almost everywhere - CHEAP! - Almost secure, only unlocked plugs are in electrical contact

Cons: - Not suitable for laptops - Europe plug is not protected (look at the pictures, it should be half protected with plastic like the UK plug) - Could be dangerous if you unlock two different adapters at the same time - It's a bit hard to push an adapter back to it's locked position - No earth plug

Other: Mine didn't come with the small pouch which is on the pictures, not even a box, just bare.

Pros: - Not heavy, - Has a good price - Really useful for the frequent flyer, or for electrics that you buy from other countries. - Nice build quality, thought I recommend to be careful when locking/unlocking the plugs.

Cons: - It's sometimes hard to lock the plugs after unlocking them. - No earth plug - Dose not convert ac/dc. - The europe plug is unprotected Other then that, no cons.

CHEAP ! – same thing in Duty free in my country Duty Free costs 25USD $!!!
No spare parts and parts that disassembled and get lost

Cons: cons:
No grounding connectors for ANY of connectors at all
European-style connector is not fixed type ( like USA and UK style plugs ) so the whole adapter moves lightly down when connect through it . it’s not a real problem – but looking not as good .

Other: bottom-line : I am going to buy another one – just in case . just buy it if you need cheap all around a world adapter

all connectors retractable - hide inside
weight almost nothing - very light
the US type connector are rotating - so i guess it's converting to HK ( or astralian i am not sure ) one

Cons: when number of connectors are open - there is a change of electrifiying yourself
but - why would you do it
