    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: - Able to power on or off individual ports - Blue LED indication is nice and not extremely bright

    Cons: - Other point is that this does not seem to allow USB 2.0 speed. - Takes a long time to detect devices. After detection, file transfer speeds are like 300-500kb/s which is a far cry from other 7-port powered USB hub. - Does not allow the power plug to plug in fully, leaving a few mm out and made it unstable as in the power plug can drop out with a little tug.

    Other: I do not recommend this product although I must say that it looks nice and the ability to power on or off individual ports is good.
