What is Bulk Rate? BulkRate is a semi-wholesale system with items priced separately from retail. When you use bulk rates, a flat $1.70 registered air mail fee will automatically be added to your cart to ensure delivery of package. While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. If you are looking for wholesale prices please feel free to contact us.

Pros: Nice phone, with a good handling, works absolutely out-of-the-box with Windows XP. After you plug it in, all you have to do is setup your skype to redirect your audio to the new USB Audio Device. Also comes with a nice multi-language software that alloes you to control skype and other voIP phones using the keys. The sound is also great, with a huge volume and good voice captation
Cons: The front of the device has only a Picture, no LCD menu. But that's what you get for this good price.
Skype sometimes says you cannot hear your voice, but the tests I've made work well.
Other: It's a pretty good device, considering the price, is a MUST HAVE for people who want a external device for Skype, but cannot afford Netgear or Linksys Wi-fi phone.

Pros: It looks good
Its a good size
Its loud enough and also has a speaker phone option
It supports:
Skype
X-Lite
Net2Phone
SJPhone
VoipSeries
Long enough USB Cable to use the phone
Cons: No LCD Screen, but impossible for a $12 phone.
Other: Great phone!
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: So far the phone works okay.
It dials alright....
It runs on server 2003
good selection of ring tones
Cons: The sound for the dialing is kinda of annoying, its just 1 tone for each button
sometimes if you are fast enough the phone won't beep for a button push, so you are unsure if the button was pushed or not (unless you look at the screen).
Sometimes it doesn't delete the last number you are calling so you may end up trying to call a number like:
31355501233135550124
I think you can fix it by just dialing a single number then push the hang up button once or twice...
There are 2 speakers a earphone and a "ringer", you cannot adjust the volume independently. So if you want the ringer loud (its really really quiet), then you have to use the phone like a speakerphone (because the earphone is so loud), unless you like changing the volume (which can be done on the phone) but is very annoying.
The phone seems very cheap
The phone is very cheap
I had to restart to get the phone fully working
A con but not for me per se, when you start to dial the skype software opens, this might be a problem if its a shared computer. (in my case its a server so no one is ever on it)
Other: if you are looking for a skype phone get this cheap one.

Pros: Overall good build quality for such a low priced phone. The speaker is a bit better than expected. Not an Hi-Fi device, but sounds ok.
Cons: While the device is a standard usb-audio device the microphone doesn't work on mine. Perhaps can be solved with a few workarounds in the Linux driver. Also looks like it isn't playing nice, the usb driver can't reset it.
Other: Not a good option for Linux users, at least until the manufacturer decides to help...

Pros: I use voip programs a lot because I live in abroad. I need to call my family. And this product solves all the problems. You cannot have speaker and microphone with you all the time. But this product solves all the problems.
Cons: it's buttons are just figures. you cannot make a call by pressing its numbers. Its plastic cover is also not a good quality one, but it does its work.
Other: I am planning to increase my VoIP credit selling business with this item.
