    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: it works perfect with all HDDs and optical drives I tried. great you may connect up to two different devices at a time

    Cons: space above and below connectors does not allow to connect harddrives usefully when mounted flat to the desk. there's always a gap and therefore the adapter easily bends and eventually falls off

    Other: if you have any spare HDDs laying around or have to save data from your iPod, Laptop or PC, get this! you won't find any cheaper solution so versatile

    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: Apparatus for connecting HDD and other peripherals using the USB host interface. Very useful if you need to connect the gadget hdd disk after the collision PC or NB It also supports CD / DVD, if you have a device such as NB no internal drive.

    Cons: can not be simultaneously connected to two HDD disks and move data from one to another.

    Other: I suggest, the device works properly, the price is acceptable, reliable functionality. If you have occasional IT, very useful tool.
