What is Bulk Rate? BulkRate is a semi-wholesale system with items priced separately from retail. When you use bulk rates, a flat $1.70 registered air mail fee will automatically be added to your cart to ensure delivery of package. While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. If you are looking for wholesale prices please feel free to contact us.

Pros: Just plug it in and you are set, no need for special drivers or any hassle (Tried with Win XP). Materials seem to be solid and build quality is very good.
Cons: The cable is a bit short - nothing a USB extender can't fix :) The price could be a tiny bit cheaper.
Other: If you have a good old printer that does not support USB, this is what you need.

Pros: The cable works well, also in connection with the AVM Fritz!Box (Linux based). Compared to a different brand (it felt cheaper) it seems to handle the USB sleep state well.
Cons: The cable length is probably correct (100 cm), but in direct comparison to my old cable (180cm) it feels rather short. If your computer is not sitting next to the printer, pick a longer cable.
Other: I am happy, it is good value for money, although I would get one of the longer cables next time.

Pros: On Windows 7 it works without any problem. It's only connect it and Windows 7 detect it and start to search a printer. When Windows detects the printer ask you for drivers. After installs it the printer works without problem.
En Windows 7 funciona sin ningún problema. Solo es conectarlo y Windows 7 lo detecta y comienza a buscar una impresora. Cuando la detecta pide los drivers. Una vez instalador la impresora funciona sin ningún problema
Cons: In GNU/Linux I'm having some problems to make it work. The cable is detected and the printer connected to it too, but if I print something with graphics the printer starts to print strange letters. If I print only text, no problem :S.
En GNU/Linux tengo problemas para hacerlo funcionar. El sistema detecta el cable y la impresora pero si intento imprimir algo que contenga gráficos la impresora únicamente imprime letras extrañas. Si imprimo texto, generalmente no hay problema :S.
Other: It works for me in Windows 7 without problems, but the quality of the cable is a bit bad.
A mi me funciona sin problemas en Windows 7, pero la calidad del cable no es muy buena.

Pros: Works as described. Simply plug both ends and let the configuration work it's way. Used it to connect HP laser printer to a laptop without Centronics port running Win XP
Cons: Nothing I could think of
Other: Perfect solution if you want to use an old printer. For mine I had 2 tonner cartages unused (each worth more than 100$) so the money I paid will be very rapidly amortized.

Pros: Worked right out of the box without any fiddling with drivers with Fedora Linux. The short 85 cm long cable good when you are using a printer occasionally with a laptop and it does not take too much storage space, as a longer roll of cable would.
Cons: Cable is only 85 cm long, so it is shorter than 1 m specification and quite short for any fixed installation. Usually the printer is not so close to the computer. But an extension cable will fix that. The 3 m USB extension cable 34023 works well with this adapter.
Other: Get this if you need USB to centronics printer connection.

Pros: Funciona perfectamente bien.

Pros: Works as advertized, I connected my laser printer to the USB port of my Linksys E3000 router, no drivers needed. Now I am sharing the printer without the need of having a PC with parallel port.
Cons: Non what so ever.
Other: Excellent product, Works as advertized. My laser printer was collenting dust until I got this worderful cable, no PC at home with paraller port. The best solution if you have an old printer with parallel port.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Simle to use of course. Plug and play and it works. No drivers needed.
Cons: The serial connector is a bit loose i guess the build quality of it is not the best.
Other: Good buy for the price. Overal quality does fit the price and the free shipping!

Pros: Works perfectly on my WiFi router N600-HD with TomatoUSB. The cable is a good length, neither too short nor too long. Everything worked as expected without in some exotic setting or installation manual, which is quite common in the case of routers. It was easier to install than expected. The mechanical quality is ok, something does not seem cheap.
Cons: It is not USB 2.0, but 1.1, the announcement induces think that is USB 2.0. What compelled me to configure the router to load the old driver for USB 1.1.
Other: Nothing more.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Can you use older devices with parallel input devices in current use with USB input.
Cons: The problem is that the cable is short. Therefore the devices must be close. Could be a little bigger so would make better use of the product
Other: Arrived on time. just took a while because of the mail that took Brazil due to mismanagement. Other than that it was excellent.
