USB 2.0 to MIDI Converter Adapter Cable (178.5CM-Length)

Pros: Easy to use, includes a small manual. It comes wrapped in an envelope with bubbles, no waste of cardboard or plastic blister, and I like that too. The product is identical to the photo. Works "to the first" with Win7 x64 (! I like!), true plug and play. No driver installation needed externally.

Cons: Nothing to review

Other: Recommended.

Pros: -Adapter does what it's supposed to do. -Decent cable length. -Build quality is good. -Easy plug and play installation on XP, Vista and Windows 7. No drivers required.

Cons: None that I can think of.

Other: If You play keyboards just get it. Easy way to connect them with computer and improve their usability.

Pros: It works perfectly! Tested on windows Mac and iOS (iPad). Plug and play on all devices. Simple enough to use. Plug the midi in and out into your piano, drum kit , pads or any other midi device and then the other side into a free USB port.

Cons: I sometimes get confused in which one is midi in and which one is midi out.

Other: Buy it if you need it

Pros: Windows xp / 7 - fully working Long cable Ease of use — fully plug and play!( If u dont have win8)

Cons: Windows 8 - need driver :( I would like to know at least a model, as all windows says that the device is an unidentified

Other: If it was not a problem with the driver for windows 8, it would be 10/10! If you dont have soundcard — You will have problems with delay.

Pros: This device is very inexpensive (price) but is far from cheap (quality). I was in desperate need of a USB-to-MIDI adapter after my brother's kitten chewed through my $20 RadioShack adapter... I hopped on DealExtreme expecting to pay a similar price and found this. Made my day.

Cons: The plastic casing looks somewhat fragile but really isn't. It looks, in no way, professional, so think about where you run your cords if you're doing a live show or something with this. Also the MIDI In and Out aren't superbly labeled so make sure you have those straight.

Other: Bottomline: if you need one, or want one, or have a nephew/friend/whomever that you might think wants one, buy one. Buy two, buy as many as you want: at 5.99 you can't go wrong, seriously. These are great.

Pros: doesn't need any drivers on windows 7 nor Vista, cheap, good quality,

Cons: It has only 16 in / 16 out mode, could also have 32in and 32out as other cables on the market. Cable length could be bit longer. It's fine to connect keyboard laying on table to laptop but if you want to place keyboard on a stand and have connected it to PC it's bit too short.

Other: cheap midi cable that just works

Pros: I used to reconfigure a drum of Guitar Hero World Tour. After examining as was the original device, investigate to see how this product could play given free by the manufacturer during the warranty period. I concluded that this was the perfect replacement to solve my problem. Using the manufacturer's software uses this device to reconfigure the drum performance. Works perfectly in windows 7 with microsoft drivers.

Cons: Nothing.

Other: Works Well.

Pros: Small converter with cables long enough. Two LEDs to signalize it's connected properly (POWER LED) and that data transmit occurs (DATA LED). Works perfectly in Ubuntu Linux using the stock ch341 kernel module and various MIDI programs.

Cons: None I can think of. This device works as intended, period.

Other: I would definitely suggest anyone to buy this product as it just works.

Pros: This awesome little cable saved me around triple the amount of what it costs here. It's mad expensive in my local store. It does just what it says in the description and works out-of-the-box. No need for separate drivers or anyhing else on Windows 7.

Cons: The cable could be a bit longer, but it can be extended by a usb male-female extension.

Other: Great piece of electronics. It just works.

Pros: Really easy to use. Works on Windows 7. Good cable length. Plug your keyboard or any MIDI device to your computer and you are ready to use it. Great product for a home studio

Other: If you need to connect your keyboard, MIDI controller or any other MIDI device to a computer through an USB port , I think this is the best value for money product you can find.
