    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: Better than expected. The beam is powerful but narrow and it is comparable with my CRee Q5 (http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.13095).
    The LED gives a relatively warm light (warmer than Cree Q5.
    Dynamo feel like is pumping enough power (strong resistance).
    Battery life not tested. Good build quality and useful USB out for 5V power.

    Cons: it is not water resistant

    Other: I strongly recommend this product to be used with other devices to charge batteries and LI ION cells during field trips.
