USB Charging/Data Cable for iPhone/iPhone 3G

Pros: Cheap Cable which feels and fits perfectly! works great just like it should on the iPhone 3G

Cons: the package came in on both sides opened, probably from the shipping pressure on the sides. the cable itself was unharmed though.

Other: If you need a cheap and good working iPhone 3G cable, this one will do the job! Cable feels firm, plugs both of them also, as well as the USB Connector as the iPhone Connector. Price isn't bad. I live in holland and no where I can find the same cable quality with at least double the price. this one is less the 2 bucks with free shipping.

Pros: Tested with an Ipod touch 1st gen, works to charge and sync as well as the original cable.
Looks similar to apple products.
Cable makes a good firm connection.

Cons: Plastic ends are rather lightweight and cheap feeling compared to a genuine cable.
Box was crushed during shipping, but is unneeded and the cable was fine.

Other: The cable performs as expected, average quality build (I would expect to last quite a while if you are gentle with it, however the plastic ends could break if you are not) I think it's definatly worth the cost.

Pros: looks really real if you asked me. its really really nice i bought one just to use at university. it charges with PC or mac.

Cons: it doesnt work with my USB wall socket adapter thing. but i can charge with desktop computer so that not a big problem.

Pros: Works with Iphone 3Gs Works on any PC, even when no iphone software is installed. The pressbuttons works fine, easy to full in and solid when connected. Works perfect, when you let people compare with genuine cable some say this one is the genuine, so the quality of the outside is nice.

Cons: None so far. dont know how the cable inside is of a good quality, but for this price..

Pros: Very good back up USB charger which I bring with me in my bag and to work. Works as it should. Very useful since the iPhone runs out of juice quite fast if you fiddle with it a lot (like during commute).

Cons: It's a simple USB cable. It does it job. It's cheap enough for me to order another one if and when it breaks down. Came in a squashed cardboard box but that didn't affect the product.

Other: Good to have at least one of these back-up USB around. You never know when you need to juice up your iPhone. Less bulky than an AC Adapter charger.

Other: I have bought this myself and also ordered a new one as part of a birthday present for my sister. Definately worth the money, great product. Looks and feels just like it's from a main brand name to me! Very cheap, works great, can be used both for charging (if you have the plug, if not, buy it cheap here at dealextreme.com) and for syncing!

Pros: It works as it is supposed to be - charging and syncing through it has been without any problem. I have just updated firmware 3.1.3 through it.

Cons: Definitely does not look like the original cable, but that is exactly the reason why I bought it. I do not want my original to get mixed up with a compatible which I cannot identify. You need to press the two buttons on the sides before you can unplug the cable from your device. It might still not be a con afterall though.

Other: Buy for your family and friends who are using iPhone/Ipod.

Pros: Very good cable. Fits perfectly to my iPhone 3G. Build quality looks better than my original apple iPhone data/charging cable. Had no problems, while charging or syncing. Bigger connector than on the original cable, and its easier to connect or disconnect it with iPhone.

Cons: Not really cons, but differences from the original product. A little bit whiter (i can't image how something can be wither than apples products :) ). Connector locks in iPhone, so you have to push connector sides to unlock it from iphone.

Other: Look at this item price it's must have. bought 2 and I'am very happy about them

Pros: I had lost my old cable and this one is cheap and looks great. Even better than the original Apple cable. When ipod plugged in, picks up quickly with no delays. Fits Ipod Nano and Touch.

Cons: No cons that I could come up with, other than the fact that shipping was a little slower than I would have preferred since I had lost my cable and needed to charge it.

Other: Great cheap cable if you have lost one or need a replacement one. I definitely would recommend it to anyone. Don't bother to look at the millions of cables on DX, just pick this one and go, unless you need something special like a wall plug in.

Pros: It works to sync on the Mac, and also with my iPhone charger. Material quality is top notch. This cable only differs from the original in a few respects; The plastic casing for the connector to the phone is slightly larger than the orignal. Likewise the cable is about 5 cm. longer than the original. The phone plug fits very snugly.

Cons: When removing the phone plug / jack, be careful to gently wriggle it from side to side. It DOES fit rather tightly in the bottom of the phone. (Not a major 'gripe', though!)

Other: Good value for the money, and it might even be worth getting more than one of these (only if you are one who tends to lose things). This product looks like it will last quite a long time, even with very frequent use.
