Pros: Very cheap OBD-II cable that just works. Good build quality. Easy to install and use.
Cons: Cable gets very inflexible when working in cold temperatures (heck, it was -20 Celcius in Finland when I tested this :)
Other: If you need to read the OBD-II values out of you VAG concern car then this is for you. I used it for my Audi A4 2003 without any problems.

Pros: Cheap! And it just works. Tried it on my Seat Ibiza 6L (2002). Downloaded the driver, installed the cable on my laptop, installed driver, connected the cable to the connector in the car, and it worked.
Cons: CD was all scratched and dirty. But who needs CD's in these days of the Internet? :)
Other: Need it? Buy it. It will save you a trip to the dealer who might charge you more money then the cost of this cable.

Pros: Got this cable to work with my 1999 Subaru Impreza, generally the european version of this car do not support OBD2 but SSM and this cable works with this system. The drivers from the CD worked fine, and so did the installation.
Cons: Cable could have been somewhat longer but for this price I am happy with it.
Other: It was direct plug and play, used as USB to serial converter. There is a lot of opensource ECU software available.

Pros: A VFM cable which works with MY03 Subaru Forester (S11) with a 2.0 EJ201 NA motor. Downloaded the drivers for the ftdi chip and ECU Explorer and it works like a charm. Useful when troubleshooting CEL.
Cons: The drivers cd was broken.
USB cable could have been a bit longer.
Connector quality could be better
Other: A great bargain priced OBD-USB converter for reading diagnostic data and real time engine info

Other: I can advice to buy this cable - it's really good! I used it with Fiat ECU scan and VAG-COM software. Also will try with Ford and Opel soon. It works with all types of scan software.

Pros: Very solid.
Does what it says.
Tried it on Audis: A6 2001 and A4 2004.
Works great.
Used to it to tune my car, got 45HP more, saved me 1000$.
Great deal, for 14$.
Cons: None, when it comes to the cable.
The cable could be longer, but its long enough to do what you need to do.
When it comes to drivers, I had to install several times before it was recognized in nefmoto software, the software I used to flash my ECU.
No others cons.
Other: Saved med 1000$ as mentioned before.
Thats how much companies charge in Norway to tune your car, I did it on my own, it took me 3,5 minutes, and i got 45HP more.
Cable works in DUMB MODE, and did its job as it should.

Pros: Good shematic, good build quality, working soft.
Very cheap for this equipment.
shematic is standart and simple using FTDI FT232RL chip, 7 bipolar transistors and LM393 IC.
FT232RL is very powerful chip. It along prices about $5.83 in my country.
Cons: It is not working with my car. B-((.
Device is working and it answers for software. When I trying to connect to MCU in my car somthing is "clicking" (I think it is some relay) and no answer from MCU.
I tried a different software but with the same result.
But...
Other: Despite the fact that I could not take advantage of this adapter, according to his scheme, I see that it is sufficiently reliable. Moreover, that car, for which I bought the adapter I already sold and is now going to use this card in my homemade. I think this is a very good buy for the money ...
Yes, I almost forgot, if you want to use this adapter with old machines BB Group, you'll have to buy one more thing this adapter:
