The auto exposure doesn't work incredibly well (better than the drivers though)

Other: Cheap webcam with acceptable picture quality. In my case, the driver quality was a lucky dip.

Pros: -Build Quality --Great build quality. Its solid and it still has protective plastic on it showing that even though it has no packaging its still fresh. -Quality --Great cam quality. Is the same as any 1.3 mp cam and works as you would expect -Lights
--Lights are really nice and bright and adjust great to light conditions. Is completely independent.

--Clips simply works great.

--Super extremely easy just install from cd and thats it.

--Looks nice noone would think its cheap.

--Auto focus seems to work great and it even has manual focus.

Its alright in the dark and if your using yahoo make sure to put low light setting on. Makes a massive dif.

Other: AWESOME WEBCAM!!!! Get it. Nothing else to say. Laptop clip is perfect it is simply perfect.

I didn't expect much for a 10 dollar cam when there is more expensive ones at the store. This has a few features that are actually pretty helpful in everyday situation.

Pros: It has microphone. It is a metallic web cam. It has manual in English. The leds are light-sensitive. It comes with its necessary drivers.

Cons: The image is just good.
(At least mine) has low frame-rate.
It does not have any package but I think you receive what you pay for.

Other: If you search for a cheap and useful web cam but your demands are not high then this for you. Consider that it has no package. So do not send it as a gift to someone that wants something more formal.

Other: I tried several different drivers. It did not work in WinXP. Finally I opened covers and checked chipset and it was Sonix sn9c325. Drivers can be found from sonix website:

Version 0.6.0.001 drivers did not work, only black or green screen was displayed.

Version 0.1.0.000 drivers works fine in WinXP.

Pros: -Image quality 1.3 mb; -clip is great; -lights is very good even in the darkness;

-setup works fine;

-auto focus;

-the size is excelent to use with the laptop;

-english and chinese manual;

-very cheap;

-easy to use.

Cons: Only the poor package, but`s ok.
Comes with a booble plastic and no package.

Other: Excelent cam! U can buy it if u need a cam that works day and night... easy to setup even in the 64 bis O.S, i`ve tried it in Windows CP 64 bits, Winsows XP 32 bits, Windows vista 64 bits and Windows Vista 32 bits, all works fine!

Cons: - On both the cams I got, the LEDs aint working. Probably due to broken photocells.
- Build quality is pretty poor; the cable inside the body is attached with a cut off tie-wrap.
- The mic-jack and USB plug are fixed to close to eachother, therefor hard to plug in at the same time, if not impossible.
- Installation CD is a bunch of crap and doesnt even start properly (had to retry several times before my drive detected it).
- I havent been able to check the mic, so Im not sure if it doesnt work.

Other: The webcam captures video, but the features dont work on the two cams I got.

- I havent been able to test the microphone, but after opening up the body it doesnt look very promising. It even involves a piece of tape..
- No sign of the 'face-hunting' feature.

Other: Seen from the rest of the cams at DX youll probably be better of buying a cam at your local computerstore..
