  • Compact cooling, but lacks a heat dissipation

    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: - Compact, can be easily carried with the laptop - light - Can fit many laptop's sizes - Nice fan speed - Male/Female USB port, it doesn't block the laptop USB port - It also works as a leverage to hold the laptop higher so the air can flow easily underneath it

    Cons: - Short cable, the fan has to be perfectly positioned - Doesn't seem sturdy, hasn't broken yet, but can't tell when it will - The lack of a heat dissipation plate makes the cooling inefficient as the hotter parts of the laptop are not being blown - Depending on the bottom laptop layout it can be a little hard to fix it in a stable position

    Other: - If you need to move from time to time, it's better than a big plate cooling system
