Cons: Suction cups. This model has a grip that fits but no clicks into position on the upper grid. It has 2 suction cups to keep it in place and doesn't work. I have to use mounting tape. No switch. Even with the xbox off, the fan is still on. Have to disconnect USB manually.

Cons: The blades are too near from the bottom of the enclosure. If you move the cooler with the fan spinning, you might break the fan. So keep that in mind when using it!
