USB Powered Flexible Neck Cooling Fan (Black)

Pros: - Makes a lot of wind from such a small fan - Easy to use, just plug into USB port - Good build - Flexible neck can be adjusted into any direction

Cons: - I don't like the mosquito design that much - Makes a lot of noise - wish it could be quieter for use at the office, but with this noise I only use at home

Other: Overall it's a good bang for the buck

Pros: -Small, light.
-Fan 'blades' are made from thin plastic sheeting and not likely to snap or anything.
-Provides a good gust of air for such a small gadget
-It's no louder than a larger fan, and most of that is when you are directly in front of it. Can't hear anything a few feet from my desk and neither can my colleagues.

Cons: -While it works in a USB1.1 socket, every time I plug it into my office PC I get constant power surge warnings. This doesn't happen from the USB2 sockets at the back of the PC, but it's no good there. I've had to disable the constant warnings after confirming with my IT department that I won't get in trouble should the motherboard short out or anything.
-While the flimsy blades may not snap, they could tear.

Other: If your office is too cheap to get you a proper desk fan, you can't really go wrong with this for such a low price.
