USB Rechargeable Electronic Cigarette Lighter with Purple LED Light

Pros: Build quality was much better then expect, the case felt nice and sturdy as did the usb connection, and the led didn't do anything crazy.

Cons: the spring in the button feels like it won't last too long. and the when charging the light turns on (might not be a con, just personal preference).

Other: feels nice, a decent enough weight that you won't feel you are going to snap it. the led is abit tacky, but is easily ignored. works as intended.
Also, be careful not to get tobacco in the element.

Pros: The quality is excellent, is a type of metal or something like that. The filament heats that can really light a cigarette. Cons: The filament heats it seems very fragile The UV LED is not very useful, it would be better if it was a flashlight with white LED. It could be cheaper. O filamento que esquenta parece ser muito frágil O Led UV não tem muita utilidade, seria melhor se fosse uma lanterna com led branco. Poderia ser mais barato.

Other: For those who like strange implements this lighter is a good acquisition.

Pros: Nice and sturdy built. Battery holds charge long enough, I've thought it would be much worse. Lights up cigarette fast enough.

Cons: UV light is lame. It's pretty heavy. It doesn't have circuit to cut of voltage when charged so you have to be careful not to charge it too long

Other: Cool little product to show of but it's primary function is to light up cigarette when wind is blowing so you can't use normal cigarette lighter.

Pros: Probably the most interesting lighter i've bought on dx!
No gas, and this is a pro for me;

purple led is a real ultraviolet led, it can really spot thread-marks on money;
keeps charge well;
people keep asking me where they can find one, and my answer is "noway, it's a secret"! :-)

Cons: Actually the only con i can find is that there is not a charge indicator, even instructions say "do not overcharge" and keep it on charge no more than 3h, but a indicator was the best choice (like making the ultraviolet led blinking).

Other: Very nice lighter, simply recharge it by usb (even usb adaptator for car 12V mouth) and you have a 3 weeks lighter usage (yep, I smoke a lot).

Pros: Got mine yesterday,good quality,sturdy,feels SOLID in hand. easy to use.Lights a cigarette like a normal butane lighter.completely windproof.Ultraviolet light works fine.

Cons: No charge indication,useful if there's one. to prevent overcharging.UV light is lame... A normal white LED would be more useful.Alittle bit too heavy..

Other: Get it if you like unique gadgets.. Price could use a little revamp..A bit too costly ..

Pros: Ligher works whenever and wherever you want (although I haven't tried it underwater.. :D ) Not affected by wind!! this is a great pro!! And as always with DX: you can't go wrong for that price. My friends want one too. You can charge it using a car cigarette lighter socket... although this seems a bit more effort than just using the cigarette lighter itself... :D:D Charged it once and it still works like a charme on that charge.

Cons: I've seen other USB charged lighters where the glowing spiral is abit more sturdy. However it is not necessary to touch the spiral itself so it'll do. The purple LED is completly useless. It doesn't produce enough light to actually see some thing with it in the darkness. It's propmoted to be a money check light however it hasn't got the wavelenght to licht up the UV marks on euro papers. They should have placed a bright white LED in it.

Other: Very useful lighter and you'll most certainly supprise people lighting you cigarette with it. Buy one or two and you'll thank yourself when your gaslighter is out of gas!!

Pros: - Does not use gas! - Can use it in the wind - Chargeable by USB - Good build quality, feels solid - Battery lasts vey well before a recharge is needed! - Gets nice and hot. I was able to set a piece of paper on fire with it. - UV LED is useful for checking money if you keep this lighter on you.

Cons: - The coil that gets hot can be bent easily if one is not careful, although you don't need to press that hard against it to light anything. - There's no indicator for when the battery is fully charged

Other: It is a very useful little lighter, because you are not using gas, so it's hardly costing you anything to use, and the charging method is very generic, ie. finding a PC, laptop or UBS cell phone charger etc is not difficult these days, so you can charge it pretty much wherever you are. Once charged it also lasts long!

Pros: Very nice in touch, very handy for personal use. I think, I forget about gas lighter with this little thingy. Stylish design, metal case.

Cons: Definitely lacks of indication of "fully charged" and "almost discharged".
USB-cable for charging can be a bit longer - but it is not really the con, just suggestion.
LED almost senseless, because it doesn't work as indicator for charge/discharge and, on the other hand - produce too weak light.

Other: I think it is definitely good choice to buy, and if manufacturer will add charge indicator and keyring connector, I'll recommend it to all my friends and buy one more for myself. :)

Pros: Solid construction. Simple operation. Battery life seems quite good. Re-charging is easy and relatively fast ( 3 hours or less ). But where is the charge level indicator? I would happily pay a little more for this feature. The LED light seems too small for any practical purpose but I was buying a cigarette lighter,not a flashlight.

Cons: I have doubts about the longevity of the round filament and the LED light is of no apparent value. Could it not be changed to go out when the battery is fully charged? This would make it a useful and needed feature.

Other: Other than the durability of the filament, I would give it a thumbs up/

Pros: No more gas! Works excellent under strong wind weather and even under rain. Same size as a normal lighter. The purple light, although is not a UV light, makes visible the special ink in banknotes and even in official documents

Cons: Is heavier than a normal lighter. Should have a battery indicator.

Other: The best lighter you can have with sucha a low price. Small, usefull and ultra-easy to use. A must for every smoker.
